Very misleading. This is just a taxi drive with a walking tour in Hydra. Getting there and back was miserable. And they make you pay another 20€ on the way back for the ferry fee, which was kinda shady not to include in the price. Read the fine print carefully, that was my mistake. We met by the port in Nafplio to drive 90 minutes in a cramped van to another port which made no sense. Then get on the ferry for another 25 minutes to get to Hydra, which was nice but very limited swimming spots. Same for the way back, another 90 minute drive back. Getting there was not worth the trip.
Our experience today was excellent! Constantine was very professional, punctual, and courteous. He drove us to the ferry and provided us with helpful information and recommendations to explore the beautiful island of Hydra. His friendly attitude and local knowledge made our trip even more enjoyable. We highly recommend his services to anyone visiting the area!
This was a great trip from the moment Kostas met us in Nafplio to the finish when he dropped us near our hotel. I wasn’t sure how large a group we would have as the description said we’d be going by motorcoach, but in reality is was comfortable passenger van, and my wife and I were the only travellers on our trip. Kostas was extremely friendly and told us about the area we were traveling through on the 90 minute drive through the beautiful mountainous countryside to the port of Metochi. The 30 minute ferry trip was gorgeous sitting on the top deck of the small ferry. We were even fortunate enough to watch two pods of dolphins swim along the boat and play in the waves made by the boat! Hydra itself is an amazingly picturesque island and village. No motorized vehicles or bicycles are allowed, with donkeys and pushcarts being the only way to move goods. Kostas gave us a tour of the village, starting with a viewpoint over the harbor, then through the picturesque winding alleyways, and then outside the village to a place we could swim, or just sit at a cafe and admire the swimmers and the scenery, which is what we did. We had a few hours on our own to wander around the town before the 3 PM ferry back to the mainland. All in all this was a delightful way to spend a relaxing day in the middle of our week in the Peloponnese area. Highly recommended!

This was a great way to visit Hydra from Napflio. It was a very comfortable van ride with our guide Costas providing commentary along the way ( suggestion: a microphone might make it a little easier to hear him.) . He also provided an informative walking tour around Hydra. There was just enough free time to explore the shops and walking paths. A smooth trip from start to finish. Thanks, Costas.
