Resplan

I cannot say enough about this tour. Being from Louisiana and having a family in the oyster industry I was immediately intrigued about this tour. Myself and 4 friends booked the tour and were blown away. Not only do you get an amazing experience at the oyster farm but you get beautiful views and wildlife viewing. I literally was sprayed in the face by a humpback whale. We had the BEST time. The crew is so friendly and accommodating as well. Book it, you will be so happy you did!
Way cool. This tour had been on my list for a while. Check med it off today! Fantastic sunny weather and great crew-full of enthusiasm and smile and just genuine! Drove there and found it even though no sign, but ticketing team gave good directions. Boat was smooth and great space. Jumped on to the oyster company spot and it was so well maintained and organized. Lots of facts and funny stories and trivia! I learned so much. Then we got to go to touch critters!! Next up stairs to the tasting area. Wow. Super nicely decorated and chill. Everything was so chill! We had mimosas and got extra oysters! First time I ever tried raw oysters! Got a quick run through of their gift shop and then we did the route in reverse and it was all over before I knew it! Would definitely do again. Such a lovely day
It was an amazing experience. The area was beautiful! The tour was very informative. The oysters were amazing and tasty. Staff were very informative and professional! We had a great time!
Good tour, fun people, and great oysters
From start to finish, this felt like a small operation of people who offered a glimpse into an incredible industry I didnt even know existed. The scenery was beautiful and the ride was informative. We were fortunate to have a sunny day out to the farm to have the most fresh delicious oysters I've ever had. I cannot recommend this tour enough.
Meeting at the pier was easy and the group was kept small which lead to a really intimate and personal tour. The driver, Bucky, was very comical and entertaining on the short ride. The crew was professional and courteous on the boat. The guide on the farm was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind with my child and family. The oysters are delicious! Overall this is an outstanding tour, priced correctly for the value, and a really great experience overall. Highly recommend!!
Best experience EVER!!! Everyone was nice, friendly, knowledgeable!!! And the oysters were divine!!!! Thank you all!!!
Excellent tour during our Holland America Cruise stop in Ketchikan. The small group of 14 made it more enjoyable. Interesting story; sustainable farming; educated on oysters, starfish, urchins, and kelp. Great and informative crew. Highly Recommend!! And I don't even like oysters ;-)
So happy to hear that even non-oyster lovers still enjoy the farm. Thanks for coming out!
This visit cracked opened my mind. Okay, so I followed friends who booked, I was not really interested in the sound of this. The good vibes started with the crew and staff on the boat to the farm, they just came across as great people, honest, open, and friendly. On the way to the farm we were on the North Tongass waterways where we saw so much marine life, I can't list them all. There was so much new visual information about the work and about oysters. I thought I understood, but I was wrong. Now I understand how delicate and wonderful this world is. I would recommend this for all ages as it is so informative and more than interesting. We tasted and it was fantastic! we had more than an interesting visit! Do this.
We went on this tour as part of a cruise tour but would have booked it anyway. Easy to find guide at port and a great narrated bus ride out to the bay. You’ll jump on a boat for a 20 minute ride out to the farm where you’ll be treated to a hands on experience of how they farm and grow these amazing delicacies! The comes the tasting! You’ll be treated to some fat oysters (as you like them) with the option to buy some more if you like. Fantastic and knowledgeable guides and a great family owned business who does a great job in showing their guests a safe and amazing time! We even saw a whale and lots of bald eagles.
