På vägen kommer du att omges av höga snötäckta berg och vackra dalar. • Vandringen tar dig genom regionens mest natursköna landskap. • Du kommer att lära känna de esoteriska och mystiska aspekterna av denna lagun. • Ta en ridtur till toppen och få ut det mesta av din upplevelse (valfritt). • Hitta en perfekt plats att koppla av och uppskatta det smaragdgröna vattnet i Lake Humantay. Vandringen har en måttlig svårighetsgrad, vilket är anledningen till att du måste vara helt acklimatiserad innan du bestämmer dig för denna aktivitet.

Ditt äventyr börjar med en tidig upphämtning från ditt hotell i Cusco. Det tar ca 3,5 timmar att ta sig till Humantay Lake från Cusco, men först stannar vi för frukost på en mysig restaurang.
Innan vi anländer till startpunkten för vår vandring stannar vi till i Mollepata för frukost på en mysig restaurang.
Innan du påbörjar vandringen ger vår Guide dig nyttig information så att du tryggt kan ta dig till toppen av berget. Vandringen börjar på 3 800 m.ö.h. och når 4,200 meters höjd. Därför måste vi ta det lugnt och långsamt. Väl uppe på toppen av berget kommer du att inse att allt hårt arbete har lönat sig! Våra guider kommer att förklara lagunens ursprung och ge dig lite fritid så att du till fullo kan uppskatta detta naturliga underverk. Efter vårt besök återvänder vi till bussarna så vi kan fortsätta till vårt lunchstopp. Det bör ta ca 45 minuter på vägen ner till parkeringen.
Efter en hel dag full av äventyr är det nu dags för en välförtjänt lunch. Vi har valt en restaurang där du kan prova det bästa av det peruanska köket. Efter lunch åker vi mot Cusco där du kan välja att bli avsläppt på ditt hotell eller på Plaza de Armas. När vi är klara med alla aktiviteter återvänder vi till Cusco. Avlämning sker vid ditt boende.

Wonderful staff, Junior guide and driver Jhon, very solicited and attentive. The ride was fast, but I super understand the distance between regions. Super worth it, I recommend the operator.

Wow! We had a brilliant day - exhausting but brilliant. With a super early start and a bumpy two hour ride to breakfast, we started to wonder if we had made the right choice. Breakfast was great and a good opportunity to get to know the rest of the group. We then continued up the winding road to the start of our hike. Rodger, our guide and McQueen, the driver were lovely and helped to make the day really special. Rodger is so knowledgeable, funny and kind and we felt safe and cared for throughout the experience. He helped and encouraged us when we got tired and encouraged us to rest whenever we needed to. I had no intention of taking a horse initially but by the time we got there, I looked up at the rest of the climb and decided to follow the others in taking a horse - best $20 dollars I spent on the trip! My husband thought he would try walking but after five minutes practically begged for a horse! As we reached the top, we were welcomed by two condors flying over the beautiful lake - simply incredible! The lake is one of the most wonderful things I’ve ever seen - a memory that I will cherish forever. Thank you Rodger!

The staff of the Machu Picchu travel agency was impeccable from the beginning of the purchase of the package until the moment of shipping back to Brazil. Incredible experience. One of the most beautiful places I've ever met in my life. The trail is quite exhaustive. Altitude is a very important factor to consider. But it is worth it, as the tour is charming throughout its journey. And in the end we are rewarded with the view of the lagoon. Very important to take precautions for altitude. There is the possibility of performing the horse trail.
