Unexpectedly excellent
Absolutely worth the money. The tour was very educational and fascinating. Sam S, our guide, was perfect. He was never boring and seemed very excited to tell us about the architecture and history. Very well done!

Must Do Tour
Ruby was funny and informative. We did the 6:30 PM tour. Weather was perfect not hot and not cold. After the tour we explored the Navy Pier. It was a great evening

Spectacular Views with Great Guide
This was Beautiful tour with a great knowledgeable tour guide. Clean boat. Good bartender with drinks . The tourist on the boat were nice as well. Spacious with a lot of seats available. 7:30pm tour 9/4/26

Amazing
This was my third architecture boat tour, and without a doubt, this has been the BEST one of all! Lian was absolutely amazing — super entertaining, friendly, funny, and full of great energy. She made the entire experience so enjoyable from beginning to end. I loved it, loved it, loved it! ❤️ Huge congratulations to Lian! After taking this tour three times, I can honestly say she is the best guide I’ve had. I would 100% recommend this tour, especially with her! 👏✨

Cruise for the hard of hearing.
The cruise was good but the guide was TOO EXTRA! He spoke really fast and dis not come up for air. He was really obnoxious and overly animated. Our ears were bleeding!

Too Much Talking, Not Enough Time to Enjoy the Ride
The tour was structured around nonstop narration for the entire ride. There was literally less than a minute of quiet time during the entire hour-plus tour to simply relax, enjoy the views, and take in the experience. The commentary was continuous, loud, and fast-paced from beginning to end. I wish the tour had been designed with at least some breaks between the information so guests could actually enjoy the ride itself.

Visit at Chicago
An absolutely incredible experience! The Chicago Architecture Foundation River Cruise was the highlight of my trip. The guide was knowledgeable, friendly and very informative - we learned so much about the city's history and iconic buildings. Seeing the stunning skyline from the river is breathtaking. A must-do for any first-time visitor!
