Besök ett sumostall för att observera ett riktigt morgonträningspass. Inkluderar Guide + specialbroschyr. Efter träningen kan det finnas tid att fota med brottarna och ställa frågor. Detta är en värdefull turnéupplevelse som inte ens människor som bor i Japan får se dagligen. Sumobrottare och deras lärlingar tränar varje morgon för att bevara Japans nationalsport sumo och föra den vidare till kommande generationer. Närmare än de officiella spelen som hålls på Kokugikan, kan du se deras andning och ansiktsuttryck på avstånd, och observera ljudet av deras kroppar som kolliderar och de spända morgonträningspassen. Coachens röst låter stark och hård, och kan överraska dig. Detta är dock endast möjligt på grund av det förtroende han har byggt upp med sina elever och de rikishi som tränar med honom, och det är detta förtroende som håller denna sumo stabil vid liv. **Om du känner dig benägen att stödja rikishi efter träningen, lämna dem ett tips.

Besök ett av ett starkt sumostall och titta på deras träning i en timme. Efteråt kan du ta några bilder med Sumobrottarna och ställa frågor till dem. Noter* 1) Vänligen avstå från privata samtal under turen för koncentrationen av rikishi och hans / hennes lärlingar. 2) Det är förbjudet att fotografera video eller blixt inne i Sumo Stable. *Fotografier utan blixt går bra. 3) Snacks, bröd, risbollar och annan mat är inte tillåtna under morgonträningen. Ta gärna med egen dryck med lock.

We had a fantastic tour guide Nori who explained us before the training the basics and was very pleasent and kind. The training was an absolute once in a lifetime experience, watching real professional Sumo wrestlers do their intense morning routine under the strict eyes of the stable coach and boss. We could take photos and talk to the wrestlers afterwards. Highly recommended Japanese experience.
