Francisco was great kind and we had a smooth ride from San Jose to La Fortuna. Great conversationalist his english was great my limited spanish was ok but we understood each other lol. Gave us history and geography lessons along the way. This was a great company great driver great experience. As for this driver when you book with this company

Our driver was there on time picked us up, gave us some local information and drove us the three hours to our hotel. It went without a hitch, so, was perfect!

What a relaxing way to get to La Fortuna. Our driver was kind and courteous making stops along the way when kids needed to go to the bathroom. Completely save driver, and very smooth transport

My family experience was exceptional. Communication prior to arrival was great. Driver was available and ready for take off immediately after we went through Customs. The driver Accommodated us to a specific restaurant I wanted to try in San Jose and waited patiently. 10/10 will recommend this tour company.

Our driver did a wonderful job on our private transfer from Arenal Manoa to SJO. He was informative about things we saw along the way and made sure to stop and let us stretch our legs halfway through the trip which was much appreciated.

Francisco went above and beyond with our service. We were delayed in customs for quite a long time, and he waited patiently without any issue. He also kindly helped secure specific alcoholic beverages we requested and made a stop at a grocery store so we could pick up snacks. Because of the customs delay, we were running short on time for a night excursion, and Francisco adjusted the plan and dropped us directly at the excursion site to make sure we arrived on time. His flexibility, professionalism, and thoughtfulness truly made our arrival stress-free. Highly recommend.

Francisco was great! The ride was super smooth and comfortable; Francisco gave us juice for the ride after a long, overnight flight. He was very communicative in picking us up, and also very knowledgeable about the area, offering insights into history, geography, and wildlife. He also stopped at our request for an ATM, and would have stopped for breakfast if we hadn't been so tired from our flight. We felt very safe and secure and got to the hotel in record time! I would definitely book again.
