We were fortunate to be told of the wonderful services supplied by UpTravel before we left for our cruise to Vietnam and Thailand and we are so glad we discovered them. Prior to leaving home we booked two day tours - one for Hanoi and one for Hoi An and boat trip - with the lovely Hannah, via WhatsApp. Hannah was more than helpful - she was so friendly and always willing to answer any questions we had - including random ones about temperature, clothing restrictions etc! Each day we had a driver and an English speaking guide with our own private vehicle. Prior to visiting the city, we stopped to take a traditional boat trip through the coconut groves. This was such fun, beautiful scenery and alongside races down the river while watching the amazing 'dancers' as they twirled around their boats at alarming speeds - not for me but it was fantastic to watch! Celina, our guide for our Hoi An trip was a local of the town and it made all the difference as she shared her local knowledge and love of this beautiful city. Hoi An is simply breathtaking with amazing photo ops around every corner, it is stunning, vibrant and a complete joy. I could have happily spent much longer simply soaking up the sights. We had an amazing lunch in Grandma's Kitchen restaurant where our waiter, Viet, had a smile that lit up the day - he, and our lunch, was simply wonderful. We were delivered safely back to the ship by our charming driver and so ended another wonderful day in Vietnam. The value for money was great, the organisation faultless and the guides/drivers were everything we could have hoped for. Hannah then worked her magic for us once again. Having so enjoyed our two days with UpTravel, we decided to cancel our coach trip to Ho Chi Minh with the ship and booked another day trip with this amazing company. Hannah managed to arrange this for us very last minute which we greatly appreciated. I'm happy to write a separate review of our 3rd wonderful trip to Ho Chi Minh with UpTravel. They certainly made our time in their beautiful country extra special and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in a heartbeat!

Having discovered Up Travel through a Facebook group for the cruise we were taking we booked three tours through Lily (Linh Linh) - she was very responsive first through the Facebook group and then WhatsApp. Tours were a very good price. We did the Hoi An and baskets as a switch from a Bana Hills Tour, this was a group tour communications before and then on the day were great. Our lovely guide An was an absolute delight. Cam thanh baskets were a fun and enjoyable experience. Then off to Hoi An. We were able to witness silk being taken from silk worm cocoons, the ladies making the silk pictures were very talented and their work was available to buy at very reasonable prices. We visited Min thanh pagoda, an ancient business house and enjoyed a delicious multi course lunch. It was a very enjoyable and memorable day and we can highly recommend. An also sent us her own photos of the day which added to our wonderful memories. Lovely young lady.
Very nice organised trip. We enjoyed a lot. Hospitality was very good. Up travel provide disciplined services. Road conditions are very good.
