This was the worst tour I have ever had and I traveled around the world. The time that was approved was then denied and then the time they told us we could go was filled with horribly inappropriate music and revolting dancing. It was aweful! Never again.
I can't really rate this company because the trip didn't happen. There was not enough people signed up to go, so I believe the cost wouldn't have out been beneficial for the company running the trip. But the next time I am in Galveston I will surely try again. It sounds like a good time. Please forgive me for the 1 star.

Want and request full refund talk three different guy gps sent me another location? Go on 8 cruise tmw and only not enjoy and cost me lots extra money and request full refund on All day pass Galveston Pier as well most rides where down do differ reason but one believes winds where too high and had pay 15 to park ? Hope try again on next carnival cruises
Yes, as was explained to you on the phone there needs to be a minimum of six people for the excursion to leave the dock and you had reserved for only five. I called and asked if it was OK to move you to the 8 PM trip with another group so you would be able to go and enjoy the boat ride.and you said that was fine. You personally arrived right at the time of departure, which is 10 minutes after eight and you said the rest of your party would be there in a few minutes and we asked the group if they wanted to wait and they said they would and then we discovered it was going to be 30 minutes before they arrived and the group did not want to wait since it would count into the time they would spend on the trip. I am sorry the rest of your party could not arrive on time as did the other guests , but as clearly stated in our policies there is no refunds if you do not arrive by the departure time. James
We got lucky and it was just our group of 6, lots of room to move around for views and sightseeing. The host and captain were very friendly and informative.
