Vi börjar vår turné från antingen Calgary, Canmore eller Banff. Resan från Calgary till Banff National Park, där turen börjar, tar vanligtvis cirka 1,5 timme.

Turnén slutar i Banff och du har möjlighet att välja din avlämningsplats i Banff, Canmore eller Calgary. Transfern från Banff till Calgary tar vanligtvis cirka 90 minuter.

I paid for people to ride with a small group with a van.Just after passing free cancelation period a day before our tuor I have received an email /text with a link to service provider regarding our ride.We have paid for small group van up to 14 passenger but our ride was a 55 passenger bus in full capacity.It was an embarrassing situation with my guests from Paris and NewYork.It was non stop time wastage due to number of passengers for 3 pick ups,3 drop offs as well as 6-7 stops.I am expexting a proper compensation due to mispresentation as well as inconvenience.Please note that the tuors with 55 passenger bus is close to half price of what we paid. In addition the guide was not transparant about inclusion and exclusion. The service during booking supose to include botteled water do we did not bring water with us.After pick ups at the first stop around 3 hours after our pick up I asked the guide if they are providing the water.He told me NO.I told him it was part of inclusion during booking.He asked me to show the email.I was searching for booking information however prior to finfing my proof he was loudly in the parking lot anoncing that their company starying from the day of our trip providing water and then driver opened one of storages and the offerred bottled water. The other issue was asking higher than recommended tip by his company.He was asking minimum $15 per seat however his company set the normal $12 per seat.I have paid $50 for 4 people a little bit more than company recommendation but I think he did not deserve it for sure

Excellent tour covering all the key highlights. Gray, our tour guide, was very organized, informative and fun! And our driver Tracy was wonderful. Both were super friendly and ensured everyone was safe and cared for. I especially appreciated the focus on safety, protetcting the environment and punctuality. Well done and highly recommend!

This was an excellent tour and you can’t go wrong with all of the glacial beauty that awaits you! I want to do it again! Ben was a great guide and always knew when everyone was on the bus so we could go to the next stop, without counting! lol
Fabulous day with Jay exploring the lakes and other attractions on the itinerary. He provided us lots of great info, helped look for wildlife, and gave us a couple of bonus stops since we did well on time. A great day!
Our family had a wonderful time touring the lakes and Banff! We were in a van with 14 people, and our tour guide, Tammy, did an excellent job. She was very knowledgeable about the lakes and the surrounding area, and she also helped take photos of our group, which we really appreciated. It was a fun and memorable experience for everyone.
This was the best experience I could’ve ever hoped for, mostly thanks to our amazing tour guide, Lou. The man was a wealth of knowledge and kept things fun. We were able to see and do everything we wanted to, and by lucky strike we got to see 3 grizzly bears lounging on the side of the road. It was a mama and her two yearling cubs, and Lou pulled over so we could safely view them and capture some incredible pictures and video. Such a cool experience. Lou gets a 10/10!
