På denna lilla grupptur, ge dig ut på en resa genom de vildare, glesare södra Cotswolds. Beundra utsikten över landsbygden, upptäck ”kungliga” Tetbury och kliv tillbaka i tiden i lilla Castle Combe. Du kommer också att utforska den fantastiska världsarvsstaden Bath! Efter att ha hämtat våra gäster från Stratford-upon-Avon (08.50) eller Moreton-in-Marsh (09.30), reser vi till Tetbury. Denna lilla, vackra och typiskt Cotswold marknadsstad är känd för sina pittoreska gator, historiska saluhall och bra shopping - särskilt om du gillar antikviteter. Kung Charles III bor på den närliggande Highgrove Estate! Från Tetbury är det vidare till UNESCO: s världsarvsstad Bath. Först ska vi göra ett snabbt fotostopp vid den ikoniska Royal Crescent. Sedan släpper vi av dig i Baths centrum i 2 timmar och 45 minuter ledig tid att utforska med kartor som vi tillhandahåller. Ta lunch på språng så att du kan se så mycket som möjligt! Slutligen, utforska idylliska Castle Combe, konsekvent rankad som den "vackraste byn i England"!

Shakespeares Birthplace Coach Terminal i Stratford-upon-Avon är den första av våra två upphämtningsplatser. Om du väljer vår Stratford-upon-Avon upphämtningsplats, träffas här 08.45, redo för avresa 08.50.
En 30 minuters resa genom den vackra Warwickshire Cotswolds landsbygden tar oss till Moreton-in-Marsh, den andra av våra upphämtningsplatser. Om du väljer vår Moreton-in-Marsh upphämtningsplats, vänligen vänta på parkeringen utanför biljettkontoret på Moreton-in-Marsh järnvägsstation. Turen avgår, och börjar officiellt, här kl 9.30.
Efter en ganska 45-minuters resa från Moreton-in-Marsh, kommer vi fram till Southern Cotswold marknadsstaden Tetbury - en vacker och historisk plats som måste ses. Tetburys pittoreska gator inkluderar den pittoreska "Chipping Steps" och är hem till många oberoende butiker, kaféer, te-rum och -särskilt - antikaffärer! Fans av den brittiska kungafamiljen är i för en behandling här - Kung Charles och drottning Camilla bor på Tetbury Highgrove Estate! En Highgrove Estate butik är här för alla dina kungliga souvenirer!
Efter en härlig 45-minuters resa från Tetbury kommer vi fram till den vackra staden Bath. Först ska vi göra ett snabbt fotostopp vid den fotogeniska Royal Crescent. Denna imponerande böjda terrass anses vara det finaste exemplet på georgisk arkitektur i landet! Fans av Jane Austen och Bridgerton kommer att bli glada eftersom Royal Crescent är en populär inspelningsplats för georgiska tidstypiska TV- och filmverk.
En 15 minuters resa från Royal Crescent tar oss till centrum av Bath. Denna otroligt vackra stad finns med på UNESCO:s världsarvslista! Du har cirka 2 timmar och 45 minuter ledig tid att utforska här, med kartor som vi tillhandahåller. Du kommer inte att ha tid att göra allt Bath har att erbjuda, men besök på de berömda romerska baden, Bath Abbey och Jane Austen Centre står högt på många besökares att göra-listor! Glöm inte att handla souvenirer och äta lunch också!
Från Bath är det 35 minuters resa till vårt sista stopp: den idylliska byn Castle Combe, som gång på gång röstats fram som "den vackraste byn i England". Få dessa Instagram-värdiga bilder på den pittoreska bron, men glöm inte att se det med egna ögon också! En promenad genom lilla Castle Combe känns som ett steg tillbaka i tiden.
Det tar cirka 1 timme 30 minuter att köra från Castle Combe tillbaka till Moreton-in-Marsh station, så luta dig tillbaka, slappna av och njuta av den vackra Cotswolds landsbygden när den rullar förbi. Vi återvänder till Moreton-in-Marsh vid 18-tiden.
En sista 30 minuters bilresa tar oss tillbaka till Stratford-upon-Avon, där vi säger adjö till våra återstående passagerare. Avlämningstiden här är ungefär 18.30. Vi hoppas att du haft en underbar dag att utforska Bath och södra Cotswolds med oss!

- Om du anländer till Stratford-upon-Avon med tåg, observera att vår pick-up punkt är en 5–10 minuters promenad från stationen. Observera att på söndagar finns det inga tåg som anländer innan turen avgår.
- Uber och liknande tjänster är inte allmänt tillgängliga i Cotswolds, och lokala taxibilar kan vara svårt att boka sista minuten. Vi rekommenderar starkt att boka taxi i förväg eller använda kollektivtrafik där det är möjligt.

Go Cotswolds is an award winning tour company for good reason. The admin staff were so helpful as we planned our visit, and both Sue and Lisa were very patient with my endless questions. Our tour group was smaller than usual and we enjoyed our new friends (especially the 2nd Jessica, added to our merry group of Lori’s and Jessica’s!) Our guide was knowledgeable and made the driving time between towns interesting. I felt like I had all the time I wanted in Castle Combe but could have easily spend another hour in Tetbury. We left the tour in Bath and continued on to London but our time there, and the helpful recommendations from our guide, made Bath memorable. I highly recommend Go Cotswolds to anyone looking to spend time in this beautiful area!

This is actually the second of three reviews for our three tours of the Cotswolds with gocotswolds . Our tour guide Elaine did a wonderful job of educating us about the history of the Cotswolds and exactly how it came to be. She was loaded with facts and tips about each stop and was very friendly. We did all three tours with Go Cotswolds, Secret. day in the Cotswolds and this one, all three were very enjoyable and well organized. Tour guides were knowledgeable and fun and took great care of us and gave us suggestions on what to do in our free time. It's a nice way to see the area and leaving the driving and parking to them.

This was our 2nd Tour with Go Cotswolds . Wendy, was our driver/tour guide. She did an excellent job of getting around the Cotswolds area on a beautiful sunny Sunday day. The villages we visited were very busy, but thankfully with our 16 passenger van, Wendy was able to find parking to drop us off so we could explore on our own. This is the beauty of Go Cotswolds tours. The guides provide the history of the villages you are going to visit for the day as you drive along. Then when you get to the villages you are on your own to explore, eat, etc. it is the best of both worlds. I highly recommend that you book as many tours with Go Cotswolds as your time allows. It’s the only way to see the Cotswolds! We booked all three tours that they offered in the Spring!

The tour was perfectly well organised. The timing was good. Martin gave us a lot of information and he was fun. I liked a lot the tour. We started at 9h30 from Moreton and got back there around 18h, so all day long but we got to know many places. We were a small group (11 people) and all of them were fun and puntual. The cost of the tour is adequate. I did it alone, but I think this tour is great for families (in fact there was a couple with a little girl) or even for couples and groups of friends up to 15 maybe.

We had such a wonderful time doing the Bath and Southern Cotswolds tour with Go Cotswolds! I had a great time on this tour with Martin as our guide! Martin was very personable and entertaining as he took us through the last 2,000 years of English history while we drove to each stop. We had plenty of exploration time in each area and Martin was always there to welcome us back. It's very clear he prioritizes the safety and experience of everyone onboard. This company and the guides have really gone above and beyond for each excursion. I would love to come back with my husband and share these tours with him. Genuinely enjoyed my time and consider it very well spent.

Jason was excellent about the area. In my opinion too much time was allowed in Bath. Perhaps other quaint villages could have been included.
