We booked a tour through Hoi an Express travel agency and recieved an confirmation of our tour, so we thought everything was okay. On the day we was ready 8.00 o’clock as accordingly to the confirmation, but unfortunately nobody showed up. Our receptionist at our hotel was very sweet to call the company and was told that they had not seen our booking and we had to wait 1,5 hour before they could make the arrangement for the tour. As a compensation from the company they offered to provide us with a transfer from the hotel to the airport. BUT they FORGOT it again and we had to take a taxi to make it to the airport!!! So bad service!!!
This trip is not explained clearly enough! We had the most fantastic day out. The Hots springs turned out to be the most amazing set of therapeutic and leisure pools (including water slides). All high ropes and ziplining was well organised and we felt extremely safe. Our tour guide was very chatty and helpful and the lunch was very much appreciated after a morning of adventures! Brilliant trip to take a break from cultural visits for a day
