Excellent communication from this company throughout (thanks Charlotte) collected on time as close to the riad as possible as staying in the medina. The bus ride out was spacious, not cramped. On arrival met by a very friendly team. The pilot, Jerome was just such a pleasant chap. No "airs and graces" an obviously very well educated man, introduced himself and gave us our safety brief and more than happy to chat. The flight itself was amazing, so beautiful and peaceful, i think everyone enjoyed themselves. Throughout, Jerome continued to chat and happily answered any questions. After the flight it was sort drive back to the take off site where we were then served breakfast. The breakfast was good and well laid out. we were also given a certificate (your never to old) The whole set up was excellent (also very good toilets on site, clean and stylish) there was also no hard selling of souvenir crap at the end which personally i hate. cost wise, you can get balloon trips for half the price on viator, get your guide etc, i have no complaints though as i thought the quality and hospitality i got through out was exceptional thanks you to charlotte, Jerome and all their crew it was a magical ride ps if the video that was taken is available please can you send to my email ;-)

The balloon flight was amazing and better than expected. Everything was well organized and professional. They take care of small details—clean toilets, very nice tents, and a breakfast with Moroccan food and healthy fruits to start the day. The photography team, especially the drone, captured all the memories perfectly—definitely worth it. Maroc Montgolfières gives a top-quality and unforgettable experience 👌

This was the highlight of our trip here in Marrakech. Charlotte was incredibly communicative and planned our experience from pick up in the early morning to drop off at the end of the adventure. When we drove up to the tent site, we were greeted to a romantic scene of flickering lights from the tent and from the fire pit outside. A team member had tea ready and waiting and we had a brief orientation with Charlotte. Safety was key and she made sure even where we took off was the safest and most optimal for our experience. And the flight…oh my goodness. For someone like me who is terrified of heights, I couldn’t have felt safer and more serene than being in this balloon. The views were phenomenal. What is more is that you really felt Charlotte’s passion for this sport. The entire team was just lovely and the breakfast at the end was delicious and a welcome treat. Charlotte and her team really go the extra mile for their clients. I highly highly recommend Maroc Montgolfière. Thank you so much to Charlotte and her team. This will be one of our most favourite memories!!

What an unforgettable experience! Our magical sunrise balloon flight was just breathtaking with the most beautiful views as the sun rose over the Atlas Mountains. A huge thank you to Charlotte, our incredible pilot, who immediately put us at ease and inspired total confidence with her experience and expertise.
