Detta är en obligatorisk aktivitet för alla turister som anländer till Cancun och Riviera Maya. Denna aktivitet äger rum mitt i djungeln, det finns inget sådant i hela Mexiko. Denna tur inkluderar 4 aktiviteter (ridning, köra en ATV i djungeln, flyga på ziplines och simma i en sann Maya Cenote), det finns ingen annan aktivitet som erbjuder dig så mycket i destinationen. Vänta inte längre med att uppleva en unik och spännande aktivitet. Vi har alla säkerhets- och hälsostandarder som behövs för att erbjuda en säker och rolig aktivitet, aktiviteten har en varaktighet på 5,5 timmar plus 1,5 timmars transfer för vad som kommer att vara 7 timmar, som du kommer att inse, är det en aktivitet som hjälper dig att leva en unik upplevelse som inte tar bort värdefull tid från din semester, kan du utnyttja det första schemat för att återvända tidigt till ditt hotell. Turen inkluderar sötvatten hela tiden och en lunch som är kyckling fajitas.

Om ditt hotell inte finns med i listan, vilket innebär att du måste gå till en särskild mötesplats, vänligen meddela oss på vilket hotell du ska bo så att en representant för vårt företag kan kontakta dig för att ange mötesplats och upphämtningstid. Denna tjänst har två olika scheman, den första är för en morgontur och upphämtning är på: CANCUN OCH PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE mellan 8:00 till 8:30 am, TULUM ZONE mellan 7:00 till 8:00 am. Vi anländer till parken klockan 09:30. Den andra är för en middagstur och upphämtningen är på: CANCUN OCH PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE mellan 12:00 till 12:30 Pm, TULUM ZONE mellan 11:00 till 12:00 pm. Vi anländer till parken klockan 13:30. Tidtabellerna varierar beroende på hotellet, vår representant kommer att ange den exakta upphämtningstiden via post eller via textmeddelande. För Tulum hotell och airbnbs den särskilda mötesplatsen kommer att vara Super Aki Tulum Supermarket i centrum. Tänk på transporttider för din upphämtning och avlämning. .

Angel and the entire crew were AMAZING. We had a wonderful time with no issues at all. What a time we had!!!! Book it!

Pros: Fun activities, air-conditioned van, good facilities, friendly staff and beautiful cenote. Cons: Long waiting time in the heat, not much time for horse riding and the cenote, not the best value for money (just feel this could be a bit cheaper especially as you have to pay extra for photos/videos). Overall, a fun day out but would have been better if waiting times weren't as long, if more time was allowed for the horse riding and cenote were longer to allow more time to enjoy them (both these activities felt very short) and if lunch was nicer.

This experience was horrible the people was hella rude.The AtV was raggedy as hell to many pot holes didn’t enjoy this at all very painful experience from the horses to the Atv

Our ATV circuit takes place on a natural jungle trail, so the terrain is intentionally uneven and includes dirt paths, bumps, and natural obstacles as part of the adventure. This is also reflected in the photos and description of the experience. That said, we’re sorry to hear you felt uncomfortable during the activities, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. This tour is good if you're a family traveling with young children, but parents don't expect to be wowed. If you're looking for a little bit of a thrill, or some good scenery, this is not for you Everything felt extremely rushed. Like you were just being pushed from one activity to the next. And everything was very crowded. The horseback riding is along a not quite paved road, next to stables/farm with horses? In the jungle technically, but believe me it feels pedestrian. You essentially walk a lap on the back of a horse for what seemed to me like 10 minutes, even though they claimed it was 20. Cenote was fine, but very crowded with people when we went all booked through this "extreme adventure Cancun" company which offers a variety of tours. Nothing particularly notable about the cenote but it's a fresh body of water that happens to be a decent size hole in the ground. ATV riding, similar to the horses, was along a roughshod dirt track essentially was a loop. No real destination, no scenery to inspire. Road ATV's in Costa Rica, that was fun, exciting, and ended with a beautiful stop on a beach. This was definitely not that. Zip lines were ok, again nothing exciting really, and it was so incredibly hot all day that by the time we got to this final activity, my head was swimming from heat exhaustion. They take pictures through out everything which you can purchase, but we opted not to. You're usually not allowed to bring your camera or phone with you so it's either there's or nothing, fyi. So, again, if you're a solo traveler or couple looking for some excitement, this will be a total bust. But, if you have reasonably aged children they would probably really dig on this, if they're still at that age where they are easily impressed.

Our tour is designed as a combination of several activities, with the schedule and duration of each one detailed in the experience information, so guests can enjoy horseback riding, ATV, cenote, and ziplining all in the same day. As for the natural setting, the ATV circuit takes place on a jungle trail with uneven terrain, while the horseback riding follows a natural trail rather than a scenic destination route. Since these are shared activities, there may also be waiting and busier periods, especially during high season. We booked the horseback riding, ATV, zipline, and cenote tour. The bus ride to the ranch was about 40 minutes. When we arrived, there were only a limited number of horses available, so our group had to wait for the first group to return. The waiting area was shaded, but there was no air conditioning. There is a bar where you can purchase drinks, but photos are not allowed in that area. The horseback ride was disappointing. It lasted only about 10 minutes and followed a flat trail with little scenery or adventure. The cenote was beautiful, but we felt rushed and didn't have much time to enjoy it before being moved on to the next activity. The ATV ride and zipline were the highlights of the tour and were both enjoyable. Lunch included a choice of fish, pork, or vegetarian tacos. The tacos were fairly small, and drinks were not included. Bottled water cost $3 USD, and other food was available for purchase but was expensive. At the end of the tour, they tried to sell us a photo package with 199 photos (many of them duplicates) for $130 USD. We felt it was overpriced and declined. Overall, the ATV and zipline made the trip worthwhile, but the horseback ride was too short, the cenote felt rushed, and the extra costs for drinks and photos were disappointing.

It was a very nice experience. I enjoyed the horses, ATV, Zipline, cenote, Tequila tasting, lunch. There was a lot of organization. Everyone was very attentive. My son forgot his little AirPods case in the van. I called to notify them and they had found it and went to drop it off at the hotel for me. Thanks Ricardo! Wait time for return transportation was long. The event was not organized at all. Charging $70 for pictures was excessive.

As this is a shared tour, return transportation is coordinated once all participants in the group have completed their activities, which can sometimes involve some waiting time. Regarding the photo package, this is an optional service offered at the park and purchasing it is not required to enjoy the experience. We appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration as we continue working to improve our service.
Go with clothes that are hybrid/water and walking. Bring glasses if you can for the ATV’s it can get very dusty and dust will get in your eyes.
