Alvina was an amazing driver! She had such a bubbly, positive personality that made the ride even more enjoyable. She was friendly, welcoming, and created a fun atmosphere for everyone on board. My Big Bus experience was great! Aisek was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. He took the time to tell my sisters and I which stops were the best to visit and answered all of our questions. His excellent customer service made our experience even more enjoyable. One suggestion: it would be nice if there were some shaded areas at the bus stops. It gets very hot while waiting, and having some shade would make the experience much more comfortable.

The tour itself was great but the description given for getting to Stop #1 (at the MGM Grand) was not clear, even the Uber driver could not find it.

Was a great experience the Bus Driver was excellent and very knowledgeable, but I would recommend putting benches where you have to wait to get on the bus as the line is pretty long and people tend to get tired of standing
Alvina was so nice, she gave beautiful explanation for each site we viewed and made the trip worthwhile.
Alvina is one of the big bus Las Vegas drivers and she exhibits a great personality, knowledgeable, informative, and most importantly hospitable plus welcoming to visitors!!!
