Poor communication. I sent emails multiple times but never received a response. We arrived at the meeting address a few minutes Avery and stayed 30 minutes after the start time. We attempted to Cain the provider with no answer. We attempted to call the 800:number in the help now area and it was unavailable. Went to the website and finally got a viator rep who attempted to contact the provider and got no answer. Got an email later saying the provider attempted to contact us but I have no emails or missed calls from them. So not sure what happened but it did disrupt our plans for the day in Hong Hong. If you book this provider, I would require them to contact you and cancel before the tour if they do not.
Mei was a wonderful guide, she was friendly and informative from the get-go and made sure our itinerary was sound. Besides that, she was easy to talk to, made sure we were comfortable throughout and the conversation we had with her made our day. She knew how to get around Hong Kong well and accessibly, and it was a joy exploring the city with her for two hours. The guide with her was one of the highlights of our trip and we would recommend Mei to anyone who’d like to see Hong Kong from a wonderful lens.
The guide Joeme asked us what we would like to see/visit as we had toured a few places already. Took time to inform us about HK and visit some unique places we would not likely visit on tours. Pleasant evening with her…..definitely recommend her tour to tourists who want to visit “touristy areas” and some unique places in HK
Our tour guide John was punctual, knowledgeable and focused our tour around what we wanted to see and do. He provided a wealth of information we could utilize for the remainder of our time in Hong Kong as well that allowed us to make the most of our short visit. Great value for the cost. Would highly recommend!
