Huss was amazing Very nice tour !, we enjoyed our afternoon. We recommend at the end of the day to aboid the heat
Not flexible with changing the time on the same day. Then left a half hour late. Guide was not that great. Spent more time eating than talking. Guide did not understand LA traffic so kept us in traffic rather than going alternative routes. Also, who needs 20 minutes per stop…
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your experience didn't meet your expectations. We did depart a little later than scheduled because one of our guests suffered a heat-related medical emergency just before departure. Their safety and well-being had to come first, and we couldn't leave until we knew they were okay. While this unfortunately contributed to the delay and additional traffic, we believe caring for our guests is always the right decision. Had our second flight delay to SNA airport and was unable to make my initial appointment that was schedule for 4pm on July 3rd , called customers service @ viator who tried reaching Hollywood , Beverly hill & celebrity tour to no avail, he also sent them an email . I was able to reach them by phone prior to the schedule appointment and was told my the supervisor that he would rebook for and additional fee of $15.00 per ticket keeping in mind that the ticket initial cost $25.00. Obviously they are not about customers service .

As explained during our phone conversation, when purchasing your tickets, you agreed to the tour’s terms and conditions, which state that cancellations and refunds must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. For this reason, we always recommend avoiding booking a tour on the same day as your arrival, as unexpected travel delays can impact your ability to attend. Despite the missed departure time, we did offer the option to purchase new tickets at a discounted rate as a courtesy, which you decided not to accept. We understand that flight delays can be frustrating, and we appreciate your understanding of our policies. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on a future tour and provide you with the experience we strive to deliver.

Our flight got delayed as we were traveling from CHS to SNA airport our reservation was for 4 pm on July 3rd after landing I called aviator and spoke to a representative who keep me on the line while trying to contact Hollywood Beverly hill tours to try and reschedule he was unable to reach them but sent them an email as a follow up asking to reschedule my appointment to the 4th of July he also tv give me their phone number . I was able to reach Hollywood celebrity tours by phone around 3pm and spoke to their supervisor who advised me that he would be able to reschedule me but only if I was willing to pay and additional 15 dollars per ticket , this after explaining to him that I was traveling from Charleston. Obviously customer service is not what they are about.

We would like to clarify that our policy requires any tour changes or rebooking requests to be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time. This policy is in place because our tours have limited seating, and once a reservation is confirmed, those seats are held specifically for our guests and removed from availability for others. Requests made within 24 hours are subject to a $20 rebooking fee; however, we provided you with a discounted rebooking fee as a courtesy to help accommodate your situation. While we completely understand that your flight delay from Charleston was outside of your control, we do recommend that guests avoid scheduling a tour immediately after arriving on a flight, as delays, baggage issues, and other unexpected travel situations are very common and can impact arrival times. Your reservation was scheduled during the busy 4th of July holiday weekend, which is one of our highest-demand periods of the year. Because your seats were reserved and we received the request after the 24-hour cancellation and rebooking window, we were unable to offer those seats to other guests. As a small business, this means we lose the opportunity to sell those spots while also trying to provide another tour date for your group. Even with the short notice, we still wanted to be as accommodating as possible and offered a discounted rebooking option rather than requiring a full new reservation. We truly do value our guests and understand that travel issues happen; however, we also have to maintain policies that allow us to provide reliable service and fairness to all customers. We are sorry that we were not able to provide the experience you originally planned for, but we hope you understand that our goal was never to inconvenience you. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on a future visit to Los Angeles.

This was exactly what I was looking for in a tour! This was a first time visit for my kids and it had interesting stops , good narration from the guide and kept their attention! I was pleased and it beats trying to navigate all those places ourselves. Thanks!
