Toyota Alphard car, clean and good condition. The driver is very kind and helpful, Chinese driver speaks Japanese very fluent, hi name is sa to hu mi ta ka in Japanese. Thank you for a kind help for our family. Our trip with my 80 y.o mom in law went smooth
Our driver, Lin Chuan, was very knowledgeable, courteous and went above and beyond to make our private car experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Would highly recommend this private car service to make your vacation less hectic.
We had the most memorable completely customised trip to Hokkaido this month, all made possible with the help of Raymond and Leng-san our lovely driver. The road conditions were snowy and icy and so we were too nervous to drive ourselves but with their help, we were driven to the various destinations safely and comfortably and didn't have to worry about slipping on ice or even where to park at the various places we visited. The team were very responsive to our plans and the communication was excellent throughout - our whatsapp group was perfect for last minute small adaptations to the itinerary, and we were able to communicate with our driver using a translation app for more detailed questions or requests. He was so lovely, polite and punctual and we felt very looked after. Despite the road conditions, the Alphard arrived spotlessly clean every morning! We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Worth every penny for comfort and peace of mind.

Kevin is really a great owner. I only have 1 effective day in Sapporo. I suddenly needed a car and I contacted him in the middle of the night, he is successfully managed to arrange a day trip for me only in 2 hours (it’s holiday season by the way, and it’s saturday, I ordered for Sunday) and I can go to Niseko without stress because of the limited public transportation from Sapporo to Niseko. I’m so stressed before because if I use public transportation then it took 3.5 hours to go to Niseko, but it only took 2 hours with car. It was amazing trip, the driver is very kind and helpful, eventhough he can’t speak english well but he brought a translator and we can communicate well. The trip was really worthed!!! I will definitely come back here and order in here again🤩. Thank you Kevin! You’re really awesome ! Very recommended

Really thank you to find this travel to go around Furano. Especially for the best price and English driver as well. The driver also helpful when we found some trouble which need more explanation in Japanese language. The driver also gave us suggestion to visit Ningle Terrace, near Furano Ropeway. Since the weather was 6-7 degree, and it was not necessary for us to ride the ropeway. The Ningle Terrace is awesome.. and must visit place. Thank you Easy Travel!
