Ritten öppnar snart upp för fridfulla landsvägar kantade av kokospalmer och grönsaksodlingar, där lokalbefolkningen beger sig till fälten på cykel. Längs vägen delar din Guide berättelser om bylivet och förklarar hur dessa samhällen fortsätter att balansera tradition med de förändringar turismen medför.
Vårt första stopp är ett litet familjekök, där bánh bèo (ångade riskakor) tillagas till frukost med den traditionella metoden. Det är en enkel, utsökt inblick i det dagliga livet på landsbygden innan vi fortsätter rida till en av Hoi Ans vackraste byar, där vi stannar vid ett familjehem för att lära oss om traditionen med familjekapell. Härifrån följer leden små kanaler och vattendrag mot en träbåtsbyggarplats. Fiske är fortfarande livsnerven i provinsen, och synen av hantverkare som formar skrov för hand är en höjdpunkt för fotografer. Om tidpunkten är den rätta ser du också familjer som samlats vid stranden som rengör sina fiskenät mellan resorna till havs.
Våra sista stopp inkluderar ett familjeägt destilleri där risvin fortfarande tillverkas på samma sätt som det har varit i generationer. Du är välkommen att prova ett glas, eller för den äventyrliga, prova den starkare lokala versionen berikad med örter! Efter det är det dags att rida tillbaka till Hoi An.

Amazing tour guide. We had a fantastic bike ride and great to see another side of Hoi An, see a different way of living and working within the rice fields. While it was very hot the guide made sure we stopped off along the way

Very interesting tour of the Hoi An countryside. Our guide Bryan was very knowledgeable and fun. A very easygoing guy with whom we laughed and joked the whole time and who explained many things to us. I recommend it immediately, it doesn't take up too much time but allows you to do something very interesting.

Really enjoyable experience, Tan the guide was amazing and the pace wasn't too high in the heat. Recommended also for beginner bikers. Some good stops along the road and the snake wine was a once in a lifetime experience...

Amazing and very relaxing tour with a total different side of Hoi An. Our tour guide Tam was really nice and speaks english very well. He takes the time to explain. The smaller group helps to have a more relaxed and personal tour.
