The guide is nice & friendly, and tour was extremely good, very flexible (appreciate this!) and for that she deserves a special thanks. We had two great tour there at the Hoi an old town.

We scheduled and paid in full for this tour but because it was Tet the tour was canceled. That is very understandable, but when I asked for a refund, we received and still have not received a response. We have still not received a refund!
Hi Rebecca, if you check your account you should see that a full refund was made on, or around, 28/01/20 as this was the day that the money left my account. It will have been refunded by tripadvisor as that was whom you booked with. I hope that this clarifies matters and I am sorry for any inconvenience caused due to Tet. Best wishes, Jolie
