Wonderful experience; I was very happy to be able to cook these delicious dishes in this beautiful setting. Everything was delicious; I left with a full stomach and starry eyes.
This cooking school experience was fantastic. It was well run and everything was fully explained. My husband doesn't cook but was well looked after by the host, and he thoroughly enjoyed the experience. also have to mention .. the food was delicious !!!
We loved every second of this experience and the food was so delicious. You get to do a market tour to buy the ingredients, then a boat trip and then you make and eat 2 starters and 2 mains. Our instructor Kieu was incredible! Can’t recommend enough
We had an amazing time! Our tour guide, Tran, was incredibly friendly, informative, and a pleasure to be around. We loved learning about Vietnamese cuisine—from how rice is transformed into noodles to the cooking process itself. The hands-on experience was so much fun, and the food we made was absolutely delicious.
Could not recommend this cooking class enough! Kieu was an amazing teacher. She was fun, clear with her instructions and a pleasure to be around. Not an experience to miss while in Hoi An. Food was so scrumptious, I can’t wait to recreate the dishes at home.
We had a great time! The food was delicious but above all, Kieu was an excellent teacher! She made the recipes very easy to understand, made the class informative and entertaining all while being very polite. Thank you Kieu!
A great experience. Would recommend to any one visiting Hoi An. Trang our guide and cooking teacher was excellent. The shopping at the market was fun but the best part was the cooking and tasting. Very well organised. And don't forget the coconut bamboo boat ride. Mama T was amazing!
Fantastic morning. Trang our guide was very informative. Went to the market to get our ingredients and learn about Vietnamese produce. Then a boat ride, which was very entertaining! Then back to the restaurant to cook. We made four different dishes and got to take recipes home. Would definitely recommend this tour.
Highly recommended. Ask for Trang. Great food and cultural experience.
