Du kan inte missa detta stopp! Den mest berömda och viktigaste fontänen i världen kommer att vara där och vänta på din önskan och ditt mynt. Vår förarguide ger dig all historik, svarar på dina frågor och låter dig spendera tillräckligt med tid för att njuta av sidan.
Förmodligen den mest välbevarade romerska strukturen i hela världen. 1900 år gammal och den är fortfarande i perfekta skick. Efter förklaringarna från din förarguide kommer du att ha tid att gå runt på platsen för fler bilder och om du önskar fler frågor. Missa inte Rafaels grav!
Vi kommer att stanna på toppen av trappan och precis som i filmen Roman Holidays kommer du att kunna gå nerför trappan och njuta av området med alla kända butiker på Via dei Condotti.
Detta är ett av de viktigaste torgen i staden, rik på historia som vi vanligtvis ägnar lite mer tid åt på denna unika piazza. Om tiden tillåter älskar vi att ta med människor in i den berömda kyrkan Santa Maria del Popolo för att se målningarna av Caravaggio.
Detta är en biltur runt platsen men om du vill stanna gärna och ta några bilder vid graven av den första kejsaren av Rom Cesaer Octavian Augustus.
Några minuters stopp på Petersplatsen är ett måste. Platsen där Petrus korsfästes, centrum för den romersk-katolska kyrkan. Vår förarguide kommer gärna att peka ut de viktigaste detaljerna på piazzan och svara på alla dina frågor.
Detta är den vackraste utsikten över hela staden. Gianicolo-kullen är den åtta kullen i Rom känd för statyn av Garibaldi och kanonen som avfyras varje dag klockan 12:00 så att varje klocktorn i staden kan ringa i tid.

Piazza Navona är symbolen för barockstilen i Rom. Vi kommer att stanna vid fontänen Dei Quattro Fiumi designad av Gian Lorenzo Bernini och en titt på kyrkan Sant Agnese. Vår förarguide kommer gärna efter förklaringen att ge dig lite tid för bilder och gå runt
Dessa områden var där marknaden för möte ägde rum för 2000 år sedan. De två bäst bevarade templen i Rom ligger här, Tempio di Ercole och Tempio di Portuno. Vi kommer gärna göra ett snabbt stopp vid den berömda Sanningens mun.
270 000 människor detta var kapaciteten för denna gigantiska cirkus som byggdes för över 2000 år sedan. Circus Maximus var platsen där vagnslopp brukade äga rum precis som i filmen om Ben Hur. Vi kommer att ha tid att stanna, utforska och få svar från din förarguide.
Aventino-kullen är en av Roms sju kullar som är känd för nyckelhålet men anses också vara området där rika människor bor idag.
Piazza Venezia är Roms centrum. Vi kommer att köra några gånger runt detta torg och du kommer att ha tid att ta bilder och njuta av historien om detta torg där Mussolini brukade underhålla 50 000 fascister under sina tal.

I booked this tour as an introduction to Rome for my senior mother. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an amazing day in Italy. Christiano did a great job of making sure we saw everything we had not seen so far! He showed us the best places to take pictures and where to shop/eat.
Roberto was our guide for this split tour--he handled the half-day driving tour. I wish it had been communicated to us in advance that the itinerary was customizable as Roberto alternately chided me for not telling him in advance that we wanted to see some sights not listed on the website's itinerary (the Trevi Fountain), and then decided to skip a listed stop I'd already told him was important to me (the Spanish Steps) because he thought it was close enough to our hotel that we should just walk there instead the next day. Instead he clearly wanted to avoid traffic in the more congested areas and started taking us outside the city walls to multiple sights not on the itinerary. We had no objection to seeing those things, but he was visibly annoyed when I insisted that we double back to the Spanish Steps since our itinerary for the rest of our days in Rome was pretty packed. We've taken many guided tours both with just our family and with larger groups, and I can't say I've ever experienced a guide not following the published itinerary without explicitly checking with the guests ahead of time to make sure we were okay with changes.
Buongiorno, we are so sorry the tour was not the way you planned, Rome is a busy city and sometimes traffic, strikes or other events out of our control may create issues to a normal flow of the itinerary planned but we have to be quick in those cases and able to offer our customers alternatives that can satisfy the client and don't overlap other itineraries like in your case, this is the reason why Roberto suggested the Ancient Roman walls, the Appian Way and the Catacombs. The option in having a van is also to take advantage and enjoy sites that are not that easy to reach on foot and we always love to give options to our customers. We are sorry that this flexibility was misunderstood and Roberto was very sorry too for that and he did apologize. Best Regards
During our approx. one week in Rome, we booked all of our tours each day with Miles & Miles, and we'd highly recommend others do the same (instead of booking tours with different companies). Their entire team worked together to make our tours easy, efficient, and of very high quality. We told them what we were generally interested in seeing during the week, and Miles & Miles took care of the rest. They gladly modified tour itineraries to make sure we didn't see the same things twice within the different tours on different days, they altered pick-up points, drop-off points, and tour times to make it easier and more efficient or us to go from one tour to the next, and the dinner recommendations provided by Roberto in Rome and Florence were outstanding! The high quality of tours & great recommendations combined with great coordination & flexibility on their part made this an excellent vacation for our family of four!

We experienced the full day History and Fun Tour -- wonderful time with Francesco. He took us throughout Rome as well as the area he grew up - stopped for cappuccino at a shop where he would get the drink almost every day on the way to school. Went into the countryside and had a wonderful time having wine, cheese and meat at one of his best friend's restaurant - saw the wine cellar - fabulous. Would recommend this tour to anyone

Not enough good things to say about Miles and Miles. On time, friendly, knowledgeable, etc.., you get the idea. Based on Rick Steve’s recommendation we used M&M for airport transfers and a city tour. The day touring Rome with M&M was the highlight of our 17 day trip. Christian and Roberto showed us their Rome. It was incredible as we saw areas we never would have found on our own. And the history we learned about was amazing. Roberto recommended a locally owned Tratoria for us to have lunch at and it was fabulous!!!! When in Rome, rely on miles and Miles to make your trip extra special.

We had a few days in Rome before a cruise and needed to make the most use of our time. Roberto drove us to the highlights in a way that avoided the crowds and provided a history lesson that was memorable. Being able to walk the Appian Way was wonderful. We mentioned that we would have liked to see the Pantheon but the lines were too long. Roberto got us passes for after the tour, with only a five minute wait. He was terrific and highly recommended. We will definitely be back for another tour. Thank you!
