Upplev Hiroshima med en liten, innerlig tur (max 3 gäster) som känns som att tillbringa dagen med en lokal vän som en strandutflykt. Vi kommer att besöka Hiroshimas två mest betydelsefulla UNESCO-platser, Peace Memorial Museum och Itsukushima Shrine, med en resplan som är personligt anpassad till ditt fartygs ankomst och avgång. Din Guide : Jag är universitetsutbildad i USA och en statligt licensierad Guide från Hiroshima som har lett över 190 turer. Jag har också välkomnat gäster från hela världen som värdmamma. Denna tur är personligt utformad och guidad av mig från början till slut. Lugn : Njut av din dag utan att oroa dig för logistik eller hur mycket kontanter du behöver. Hiroshima har två kryssningshamnar (Ujina och Itsukaichi), och jag hämtar dig på den rätta. Det officiella schemat för kryssningsfartyg som tillhandahålls av Hiroshima prefektur kommer att kontrolleras i förväg för att säkerställa att vi möts i rätt hamn. Ordningen för att besöka Miyajima (Hatsukaichi City) och Hiroshima centrum kommer att ordnas flexibelt baserat på ditt schema, vädret och andra omständigheter på dagen.
Efter en 40–50 minuters bilresa parkerar vi nära färjeterminalen och njuter av en kort 10 minuters färjeresa till Miyajima. Eftersom ön har mycket begränsad parkering och vägförhållandena inte är idealiska för bilar, korsar vi inte ön med fordon.
När du går mot Itsukushima Shrine, kommer den ikoniska Great Torii porten gradvis i sikte. Du kan njuta av omgivningarna och ta bilder när vi närmar oss.
Vi fortsätter till Itsukushima Shrine, Japans enda helgedom byggd över vattnet. När vi går genom de graciösa korridorerna kommer din Guide att förklara webbplatsens historia och funktioner, och du kan njuta av att ta bilder eller köpa charm längs vägen.
Vi besöker sedan Daishoin Temple, en av de vackraste och mest stämningsfulla platserna på Miyajima. Tempelplatsen är fylld med färgglada statyer, fridfulla vägar och fantastisk utsikt, vilket skapar en lugn och andlig atmosfär. Det är valfritt att besöka templet, så om du föredrar att spendera mer tid på andra upplevelser – som att prova lokal mat, shopping eller stanna längre på Peace Memorial Museum – kan vi enkelt anpassa planen efter dina intressen.
Vi kommer att tillbringa en rolig tid med att promenera längs shopping gatan, njuta av lokal mat och dryck och leta efter souvenirer. Lunch Jag kommer att förklara Hiroshimas lokala specialiteter under turen. Om du vill slå dig ner på en restaurang och njuta av Hiroshimas berömda rätter, säg till i förväg så jag kan säkra tillräckligt med tid för lunch. Du är också mycket välkommen att njuta av en lätt ”matpromenad” stil och prova små bitar längs vägen.
Vi kommer att ta färjan tillbaka till fastlandet, med färjeturen och bilresan tar ungefär en timme totalt, innan vi anländer till Hiroshima City. Efter att ha parkerat bilen i närheten börjar vår rundvandring vid Hiroshima A‐bomb Hypocenter.
På Atombombskupolen kommer vi att tillbringa lite lugn tid med att reflektera över Hiroshimas historia och betydelsen av detta landmärke.
Din Guide kommer att dela berättelserna och betydelsen av minnesmärken och monument när vi utforskar Peace Memorial Park tillsammans.
Vårt sista stopp blir Peace Memorial Museum, ett lugnt och reflekterande rum där samtalen hålls till ett minimum. Eftersom alla utställningar visas på både Japanska och Engelska får ni utforska museet på egen hand efter att jag skannat in QR-koden på biljetten jag reserverat åt er vid entrén. Vi återvänder till hamnen där ert fartyg ligger. På vägen tillbaka kan vi ägna lite tid åt att prata om ditt besök och eventuella tankar du vill dela med dig av. Om du fortfarande har mycket tid innan ditt fartyg avgår kan du också välja att avsluta turen framför museet och återvända till hamnen på egen hand med taxi eller annan transport. Tomoyo was our guide. Very good with communication before tour. Met as Yokohama port as planned. Very grateful for her assistance with my elderly mother. We started the day by driving to Peace Museum, then took ferry to Miyajima, Dome, lastly we had lunch at a recommended Okonomoyaki restaurant which we loved. I would give her 10 stars if i could.

We loved spending the day with Tomoyo at Hiroshima. Our tour was well planned. She had so much to share about the local culture as well as the history of the city. The day was full but flexible. She recommended the perfect lunch spot. We are still raving about the lunch! One of our favorite days of a 17 day trip to japan.

For lunch, I took you to a very local Okonomiyaki restaurant, and the kaiware radish and garlic toppings you chose were a combination I had never tried before. This tour with Tomoyo was exactly what we wanted in Hiroshima. She picked us up at our cruise terminal in her K Mazda—so cute and comfortable! We drove to the ferry to see the Miyajima Shrine. She had tickets for us and on the ride over gave us the history of the island and shrine. What a lovely site and there was even a wedding! After touring we walked the shops then requested to sample the famous oysters and cakes. Afterwards we went to the Peace Memorial Park and Museum. She shared the somber history of that first atomic bomb blast. She showed us the marker for ground zero where the hospital was annihilated as well the basement that protected the only blast survivor in the nearby kimono factory. We toured the museum on our own with audio and set our own pace. To hear the stories from the survivors was heartbreaking, but confirmed the fact that war is devastating and nuclear war is horrific. Tomoyo is just delightful and very knowledgeable about history. Her English is excellent and we highly recommend her as a licensed guide.

Excellent tour of Hiroshima. Our guide, Tomoyo, met us at the Cruise terminal. She was full of knowledge and explained everything to do with the area. There was only two of us on this private tour and Tomoyo had a small reliable/comfortable car. No problems to get us back to the cruise terminal well before time.

Tomoyo gave us an excellent guided tour of Miyajami and Hiroshima. She met us at the cruise terminal and took us in her car around the local area . Firstly to the shrine then into Hiroshima to see the peace park and museum. Nothing was too much trouble and all admission and ferry tickets were included. Being a local has its advantages as you know the best places to eat. On the day we visited it was very busy because it was a national holiday but Tomoyo guided us around the crowds and suggested places to pick up some local food. The grilled oysters were fabulous. She took photos and sent them to us and gave us enough time to look around at our own pace. All in all a great experience of Hiroshima.
