Appian Way (Via Appia Antica) den äldsta vägen byggd av romarna. Den här gamla vägen är där Spartacus och 6 000 av hans anhängare korsfästes, och där St Peter hade en vision av Kristus när han lämnade Rom år 64 e.Kr. Vägen har fortfarande kvar många av sina ursprungliga gatstenar!

vi kommer att köra runt Roms antika försvarsmurar med anor från 300-talet e.Kr. och finns fortfarande i stora delar, se stadens antika portar.
En annan dold pärla, Caius Cestius pyramid ... de flesta resenärer känner inte till Roms pyramid.

Great way to get around the city. The tour of the tombs was very interesting. Our guide Angelo was AMAZING! Best guide we've had in the 3 weeks we have been here. Very informative and entertaining all wrapped up in one.

Riding through the quieter streets and hidden corners in a golf cart felt intimate and peaceful. Our guide brought ancient stories to life, especially inside the catacombs , it was both eerie and deeply moving.

The golf cart was surprisingly comfortable and allowed us to explore areas we would’ve never found on foot. The small group made it feel personal, and the catacombs themselves , dark, silent, full of history ,left a real impression on us.

The Hidden Gems & Rome Catacomb Semi Private Tour was a great way to see some of Rome's lesser-known sites, including the keyhole, city landscapes, and beautiful fountains. However, be aware that the guide does not accompany you into the catacombs, and there is an additional fee to enter. If you're hoping to see bones, this isn't the tour for you, as the bones have been removed due to past thefts. These catacombs are where Christians were buried for centuries, and the historical significance is still very much present. Overall, a good tour with some important details to keep in mind.
