Hidden Cenote Swim: Snorkling, havssköldpaddor och lunch vid stranden

Good value for money - Cenote, Turtle Swim and some beach time. The Sargassum at the beach was unfortunate but the turtle swim was sargassum free. Good trip enjoyed by our families. Tour guide (JJ) was excellent.

It's an incredible experience you will never forget, and if you get Enrique as your guide and Adrian as your driver you're in for a real treat. They go above and beyond to ensure an awesome time is had by all. They set the expectations and then deliver and I couldn't be more grateful. A big thank you to them for all they did!

DO NOT BOOK! Total scam. They let me know last minute the tour would be starting an hour early (I didn’t see the message they sent me the NIGHT PRIOR due to traveling and being busy.) why have a tour state it starts at 9 am and then have it start at 8 am? I tried calling them 15-20 times with no answer. I have been to 15+ countries and book excursions everywhere and I’ve never had the lack of communication like this so now I’m out $400. Even though I didn’t get to take the tour. DO NOT BOOK!

The cenote tour was great. But I’m giving this 1 star because I never got all the photos I grossly overpaid for. They even had the audacity to say they never took photos inside the cenote even though i have another couples photo in my share of photos. AND that same couple was in our tour so I remember them. Very unhappy with that service and communication from their team.

This was a full day excursion. Incorrect pick-up time was given, we were emailed a pick up of 6:05 am when the correct time was 6:50 am. The first cenote location was closed so they switched to another. If you experience motion sickness double think this trip. The road to the cenote and lunch are off the paved road and very bumpy. Our guide and locations were enjoyable - loved swimming the cenote. Total time of excursion was almost 10 hours.

I would not book a tour with this company. We booked the Turtle and Cenote tour. We had a terrible experience for multiple reasons:. First, the tour didn’t have enough safety equipment like lifesavers. With a group of 12, including two children, and two basic swimmers, there was one lifesaver. Not everyone who can swim is comfortable jumping into the open ocean. The tour guide though friendly, was not particularly accommodating of reasonable requests around safety. We were given life jacket that were too large, and when we asked for smaller ones, we were told they are all the same size. This was not true. When we went back to the entrance we saw life jackets of multiple sizes. Second, we were rushed through the sea turtle and cenote experience. The guide didn’t even wait for people to finish using the restroom at times. This was likely to keep the tour factory machine going for the next groups. Third, the whole experience seemed focused on extracting as much money as possible from tourists. I received 3 different prices for pictures and videos. When booking from the website, it said $60 per person, while on the tour the staff quoted $125, and I received a quote of $29 per person from the office over email. We were also asked not to take our phones to the Cenote, for the simple reason that we would have be forced to purchase pictures at exorbitant prices from the tour company. Fourth, the food we had was terrible. The entire detour for lunch was unnecessary and annoying. We’d have preferred to be dropped off after the Cenote, so we could have had our own choice of food. Or they could have reinvested even a third of the time back into the turtle and Cenote segments so as not to rush people. My recommendation would be to save yourself the whole experience and go for a more local touring company that is tailored towards ensuring guests have a good experience rather than ticking the box and trying to extract money from customers.
