Really nice experience! The food we made was really nice and we were warmly welcomed in the home of a local family.
Amazing and authentic experience by Rosa. We arrived at her house where she lives with her family and where she welcomed us with a superb green tea homemade (her mother collects the leaves in the morning and prepare the tea herself). We started by preparing the spring rolls and each of us had a little working and cooking station, fantastic! Afterwards we prepared the Vietnamese pancakes and the "morning glory". She prepared for us some Glas noodles with mushrooms and a beef soup. We ate so much and was so good <3 we would recommend this experience to everyone who want to see what is like to cook at home and not just to try something at the restaurant. Nice food and lovely family. After we made our spring roll and some kind of pork salad, they cooked some additional food for lunch. And we share together her family. Good experience!!!!
