Mormor Bruna och hennes barnbarn utbildade sig på det prestigefyllda Paul Bocuse-institutet i Frankrike, men vår största inspiration har alltid varit våra egna familjetraditioner. Under tre oförglömliga timmar kommer du att laga mat, skratta och dela berättelser innan du sätter dig ner för att njuta av den läckra måltiden ni har skapat tillsammans. It was our teacher's first class, and while she was still learning, we had a lot of fun together! We enjoyed getting to know the other guests in the class. It was a very welcoming and fun environment.
Amazing experience! Mario is the best, so nice and understanding. He was always checking on everyone, and the class is small so we all got to talk and get to know everyone. The food was incredible and everyone left super full hahaha
This was such a pleasant experience! Mario was the absolute sweetest and provided a wonderful time for us in Milan. Everything was clean and well organized, and all of the cooking preparation was ready and set for us to start right away. I can 100% say that we walked out of this experience with some new recipes for pasta and tiramisu that we will forever keep using! Recommend without a doubt to anyone, and will be referring any friends who travel to Milan!!
Great experience learning how to make homeade pasta and tiramisu! Getting to then eat your creations was the best!

Super fun and good class, Mario was our teacher and he was great. We even tried more things than the advertised ones.
Laura was a very engaging, knowledgeable and friendly teacher. Had a lot of fun making ravioli and fettuccini in her class. It was super easy to follow even as someone who does not cook like at all.
Lauren was an amazing teacher and host ! The food was amazing and can’t wait to cook this at home ! My husband and I found this to be the highlight of our trip to Milan !
The pasta class was a very fun experience. You learned how to make pasta, raviolis and spaghetti, and it is very tasty. The teacher of the class is very knowledgeable and friendly overall of good time. This class is for all ages we traveled me and my husband with our teen daughter and everyone enjoyed themselves. TIP: prior to going to the event, I would recommend having a snack as you will not eat or drink wine until about two hours in once the pasta is cooked and you sit to eat.
My teenage daughter & I both enjoyed the lessons in making pasta, ravioli, and gelato from scratch…the food tasted great and we will use the recipes when we return home to see if we can replicate them. Our group was our instructor’s first class and she was great! I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in learning authentic Italian recipes while having a good time!
