Min passion för matlagning och min familjs recept har förbättrats med tiden i de bästa Italienska och internationella matlagningsskolorna. Mormor Bruna och hennes barnbarn gick i Paul Bocuses 3 - Michelin-stjärnig skola i Ecully, men våra bästa lärare i vår familj var våra mormödrar. Jag kommer att öppna mitt hem för dig i en elegant byggnad i centrum av Milano lättillgänglig med tunnelbana från varje hörn av MilanoDu kommer att tillbringa tre oförglömliga timmar omgiven av en familj privat konstgalleri, i ett mycket elegant hem, kommer du att äta de Italienska klassiker som du har förberett: pasta ravioli och gelato och du kommer också att visas hur man gör tiramisu. Vi talar 10 andra språk, men endast på begäran och privat (minst 10 studenter) eller bara några ord kommer att förklaras under Engelska lektionen.

The cooking class was very authentic and super pleasant.

Yesterday I had a lovely time doing the three hour course with our instructor Mario. He was a very good teacher to the group and was incredibly kind and generous to us all. The three hours flew by and I am very keen to do another class with Mario when I am next in Milan. I would 100% recommend this class to anybody who wants to learn how to make authentic pasta and meet some lovely people.
It was a fun evening learning to make pasta and gelatto. Ms. Laura did a great job keeping everyone engaged and keeping us on a schedule, which was impressive. She shared many secrets of Italy to debunk myths we may have learned. The food was good, the connection with other families was fun and it was a harmonious night of fun.
What a great time!! We all loved the cooking class! It was our first time to book a cooking class and we were so glad we did!
I did this on my own which was perfect, you do not need a partner. The instructions are so easy to folly so I can’t wait to repeat them when I’m back home. Come hungry and you will not regret it!

A great event if you're looking for something to do with friends for a special occasion. Katharina was a brilliant host and made the class really enjoyable with her sense of humour. The pasta was delicious, but relatively simple.
Absolutely excellent. He made it super fun. There was so much food. I would come back just for the experience!!!
