Shanghai människor älskar att äta nudlar och wonton, och det finns så många sorter i staden. Under denna 3 timmars mattur utforskar du tidigare franska koncessionsområden och njut av god nudel och wonton i 3 olika lokala restauranger i bakgatorna. Två av dem är listade som Bib Gourmand-restauranger i Michelin Guide Shanghai 2017. Du hittar nudeln är gjord i olika tekniker, till exempel handdras, knivskuren eller hemgjord tillsammans med räkorwonton i nötkonsoppa. Möt din äventyrliga matguide på Huangpi Road Station (Shanghai Metro Line 1), och våg till bostadsområdet med början från den berömda Huaihai Road. Du går först till restaurangen Dingtele (i Shanghai betyder dialog fantastiskt) gömd i den lokala sammansättningen genom gränderna. Tillfredsställa din aptit med nedsmutsande nudlar. Had such a fun time on this tour during my 18 hour layover! Jim was a great tour guide and all the food and drinks were very well selected :) The tour was very informative and all the food kept me full for a whole day haha. It’s also a great way to meet fellow travellers !
This was an excellent food tour run by Jade who kept us all laughing, interested and exceptionally filled with delicious snacks. Do not eat anything prior to your tour!! This is Shanghai hospitality at its finest and you will be completely spoilt.

Fantastic tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and considerate. We had a great array of local foods to try. Really liked walking through all the back streets and seeing the local markets. Would highly recommend if you're looking for authentic a Shanghai experience.
This was an amazing experience especially as it could be difficult to translate the menu. Patrick was super welcoming and friendly, I felt very comfortable with him during this tour. This was a very fun walking tour with delicious food that focused on small local places for noodles, soup, fruit, tea and beer. Our guide Jade was excellent with great English and great stories about the city. And she made sure there was plenty of food for one vegan in our group and another who loved spicy meat!
Went on this trip with my brother and it was fantastic! Jim showed us some authentic hidden gems around Shanghai that we would never have known about or found otherwise. It was so good to have an informative guide who made sure to share his love of local cuisine and history. Great food, great beer, great sights, great guide! We booked for another tour with Jim the following night...
One of the highlights of my trip to Shanghai. I'd definitely recommend doing this tour early in your trip, as it's a great way to learn your way around downtown. Jim was fantastic. He taught me a lot about Chinese history and culture, was very fun and friendly, and knew took me to eat a lot of really delicious food. I'm recommending his tour to all my friends that are planning a visit.
