Beroende på era önskemål, kommer vi att träffas på "Angel de Independencia" ungefär mellan 05:35 till 05:50, avgår tidigt för att fly från stadens kaos. Vår grupp kommer att ha privata transporter. Vi stannar för en tidig frukost i Actopan, en stad halvvägs till vår destination. restiden till restaurangen är cirka 90 minuter.

Vi kommer att passera den lugna staden San Cristobal, Hgo. Detta är staden och samhället som äger Las Grutas de Tolantongo. Bilresan från frukost till denna plats kommer att vara cirka 90 minuter. Längs vägen stannar vi kort för eventuella saknade förnödenheter du kan behöva för dagens äventyr.
Dagen är uppdelad i tre delar. Pool Lugn : Börja dagen med att koppla av en stund i ”pocitos”; naturligt varma termalpooler som ger häpnadsväckande vyer som lugnar och rensar kropp och sinne – perfekt för ”gram.” Härifrån finns det en zip-lining alternativ för att ta dig ner till nästa del av vår dag vid floden. Observera att blixtlåsfoder inte ingår i priset för turen (300 mexikanska pesos). Vår Guide kommer att se till att ha allt du behöver för dagen. Att köra från frukoststoppet till att faktiskt röra vid vattnet är vanligtvis två och en halv timme. Den faktiska tiden vid poolerna är ungefär en timme och fyrtio minuter.
Grottutforskning : Slutligen kommer du att se imponerande vattenfall och oväntade äventyr som våra gäster har beskrivit som ”livsförändrande”. Våra guider tar dig med för att utforska grottorna och tunnlarna som ligger här. Njut av vattenfallen som täcker grottorna och ta ett dopp i den varma poolen inne i berget.
Flodavslappning : Därefter är den turkosfärgade floden välskött och är naturligt varm på grund av de termiska källorna, en komplett avkopplande upplevelse. Lunch serveras vid älven (om vädret tillåter). Lunch ingår ej. Vi erbjuder en meny som du kan göra din beställning från för att spara tid och bättre njuta av floden. Vi kommer att samla din lunch totalt under dagen, om du inte betalat för LUNCH COVERED OPTION ($ 220MXN MAX). Bord och stolar ingår. Observera att den tid som spenderas inkluderar tid det tar att röra sig under dagen. Vi kommer att gå ut så tidigt som 3 : 30 till 5 : 30, beroende på gruppens effektivitet och timing, anländer så tidigt som 7 : 30 till 9 : 30 (villkor godkänner), full av nya erfarenheter och foton att dela med avundsjuka familj och vänner.
Vi stannar vid två toaletter på vägen hem. Typiskt första stopp är 1 timme in, sedan 2 timmar senare, sedan slutligen anländer i CDMX, väder och trafik tillåter.
Upphämtning och avlämning i följande områden ENDAST: Roma Norte, Roma Sur, Condesa, Juárez, Polanco, Anzurez, San Rafael, Cuauhtémoc (området, inte stadsdistriktet), Tabacalera, och Centro Histórico. Avlämning i Centro Historico är ofta begränsad till en enda avlämningsplats nära Palacio de Bellas Artes, på grund av vägrestriktioner under dagen och kvällen. Bor du i Centro Histórico är avlämning nära Palacio de Bellas Artes. Detta område har ofta tät trafik och begränsad tillgänglighet på grund av gatuavstängningar eller lokala evenemang. Kvalificerade kunder för upphämtning kommer att bli ombedda att BEKRÄFTA att de är redo för upphämtning 5 - 10 minuter före den planerade (tid bekräftad efter bokning/före resedatum) upphämtningsfönstret. Vid utebliven bekräftelse avbokas hämtning och klienten ombeds att träffas på stämman senast kl. 05.50.

We absolutely loved this trip. Our guide Carlos/Charlie was the best part. Well, the nature was out of this world but Charlie's sense of humor and the way he shared about the culture was the perfect cherry on top of an amazing day trip. If you're on the fence about the commute like I was just pull the trigger. This is easily the best part of our trip to the already outstanding CDMX.
After reading some of the reviews, we were a little worried about our trip, but thankfully, everything turned out great! If you’re staying in Centro Histórico, I recommend using Palacio de Bellas Artes as the pickup location. Our tour guide, Danny, was excellent with communication from pickup through drop-off. He kept us informed throughout the day and did a great job explaining the history and background of Tolantongo. The caves were absolutely amazing and were definitely one of the highlights of the trip. We personally would have preferred a little less time at the thermal pools and more time at the caves and having lunch by the river. The food was good, and there were enough stops and food breaks during the long drive in both directions, which made the journey much more comfortable. Traffic wasn’t bad for us, but we went midweek, which may have made a difference. Overall, we had a great experience and were very happy with how everything turned out. Danny was a wonderful guide and helped make the day enjoyable
This was an amazing experience. Turo Tours took care of everything for us. All I had to do was sit back, relax, and enjoy Tolantongo. Our guide was Charlie, and he was awesome. He was funny, engaging, and gave us additional history and information on the area. He took great care of us; I highly recommend him as a guide. The coordination to pick us up was almost military-level. lol They were very organized on where we needed to be for pickup from our hotels down to providing live locations; VERY good communication. We made two stops before we reached the springs. Once for breakfast (included) and a second stop at a small store once we got close to the springs to change into our swimwear and pickup and and snakes, beverages, sunscreen, etc. They also provided everything we needed for the trip: a wet bag, a cellphone protector, a lantern, and a water bottle. You can't take plastic bottles into the springs. They also offered water shoes to rent. I would recommend bringing goggles for the cave. Keep in mind that it is a long day. Call time was 5 am and we didn't get back to Mexico City until around 8-9 pm but it was worth it.
Amazing experience, everything was on time and communications with the tour operator was A+. Lots of swimming and great food! Our guide Danny and driver Pepe were amazing!
This was absolutely magical. I loved every moment of it. The early pickup time is so worth it! The fact that you get to see every part of the groups, caves, even zip line if you choose to was amazing! Alex was so knowledgeable and such a fun guide, the whole bus enjoyed him. The driver did a fantastic job too when the road got rough! I highly recommend this trip and they truly take care of you with the necessities you need and food and water throughout the whole day. Incredible work!
This will be one of the most incredible days of your life. The landscape is gorgeous and the springs are warm and calming.
Alex and driver were great. I highly recommend this tour. It’s a long day (5:25 am and you get back in the evening) but it goes by quickly and the mineral pools l, falls and caves are worth seeing

I loved the experience of the activity itself, but I hated the fact that they didn't pick us up at our hotel which was super central and I hated the fact that Diego had the worst English I have ever seen! His diction was worse than Indians, my goodness! We didn't like him as a guide, but other than that it was fun!
