Heldagstur till Salinas Grandes med Purmamarca

Vi kommer att resa till Salinas Grandes, ett territorium som delas mellan Salta och Jujuy; korsar provinsen Jujuy. På så sätt kan du njuta av de bästa landskapen när de är som bäst. På denna heldagsutflykt kommer du att upptäcka de mest intressanta platserna. Turnéns första stopp är den vackra staden Purmamarca. I denna stad ligger Hill of the 7 Colors. Där kommer vi att besöka det stora torget och hitta många hantverksstånd. Du har också möjlighet att ta Paseo de los Colorados tur (baksidan av Cerro de 7 Colores) på egen hand. Cerro de los Siete Colores (Sju färgernas stad), posera för foton på de slående vita saltslätterna i Salinas Grandes och shoppa souvenirer på den berömda Purmamarca hantverksmarknaden. Vi åker från staden Salta, går genom stadens centrala tillfart, tar RN 9 och går sedan in i General Güemes kommun, genom RN 34. Senare går vi in i provinsen Jujuy, där vi kommer att få möjlighet att se en liten bit av Quebrada de Humahuaca, som passerar genom pittoreska städer som Yala, Volcán (tekniskt stopp) och Purmamarca där vi hittar den majestätiska Cerro de los 7 Colores.
Vi gör ett kort tekniskt stopp så att passagerarna kan gå på toaletten eller köpa något slags mellanmål.
Första stopp i staden Purmamarca för att ta ett panoramafoto av rutten, framför staden, eftersom solens position på morgonen radikalt ändrar sina färger. Vi kommer att vara vid detta första stopp i cirka 20 minuter.
Vi går in i den otroliga Cuesta de Lipán, där vi når 4 170 meter över havet och vi kommer att kunna uppskatta dess spektakulära flora och fauna. Det är en slingrande högbergsväg, majestätisk med sina gröna och bruna färger som visar oss Punas vackra landskap.
Vi anländer till Latinamerikas tredje största saltslätter, där vi har mellan 45 minuter och en timmes ledig tid att utforska saltbassängerna, skulpturerna och saltrestaurangen, och ta otroliga bilder av denna enorma saltslätter i norra Argentina. (Lokalbefolkningen får betalt cirka 4 000 argentinska pesos.)
Vi återvänder till Purmamarca och du kan njuta av 2 fria timmar för att utforska den vackra staden och äta lunch. Imponerande kulle i 7 färger inbäddat i hjärtat av staden med sina smala kullerstensgator och ler- och lerhus.
Vi återvände till staden Salta och korsade den sista av Humahuaca Gorge och dess landskap. Vi har tekniska stopp längs vägen ifall du vill gå på toaletten, köpa något att äta eller dricka.

It was a beautiful experience with friends. The Lourdes guide and the driver "el santiagueño" of first quality. Super friendly, very attentive and very cool! The excursion is a 100000 amazing places, immense, super friendly locals. In salt flats 45 min stop was very short time. Since time is invested in the photons taken out by the locals.

Our driver Fabio was great: he was engaging and interested in meeting new people as well as showing the areas! He always made sure that everyone was enjoying the tour. We had booked two activities with this company, and they were like night and day. This one was great!

An excellent excursion, the guide Fabio is impeccable, he really made the tour a walk with friends. I stop in places that others do not stop so that we can take photos, gave us more time to enjoy Salinas , really a ten in everything. Super recommended. Fabio a 10!!!!!!

Excellent place between mountains to locate a salt flat; the staff is accessible and helps you to take pictures; the food in Purmamarca was delicious; tremendous experience.

Generally good, the tour guide was very nice and super educated about the history of the area. We spent 45 min at Salinas Grandes which was just enough time (though a bit more would have been a little less pressured. The experience with the Hill of 7 Colours was mixed. We had a stop at a viewpoint which was ok. Later, we had 2h in the town of Purmamurca, with very little explanation or help given. We would have appreciated being told how easy it is to walk right up to the Hill, and that there is a municipal elevated view point in the town with a fantastic view. I don't think anyone in our tour knew this. We only discovered this on our own when we returned privately the next day.

I booked an English tour and the tour was conducted probably 95% in Spanish. The day is a very long time on the bus (730 am - 7pm) with limited stops for photographs. Lunch at the recommended restaurant was was average at best great Empanada mains very disappointing.

Excellent schedule and timely pick up. The local guide picked up was timely. She was very knowledgeable, ideally better mic and speakers to hear all the tour details clearly. Price per person is affordable and worth it.

Had a great time visiting really unique places. Totally worth the hype! 🤩 Something to keep in mind about the pick-up: I was told my location was too far from the main square, so I had to make my way to their office. However, after collecting all the passengers (which takes time), they passed by my location and picked up another passenger just two blocks away! I would have preferred to wait there instead. This could have been better organized.

We were speechless when visiting the Salinas Grandes in Salta. Me and my daughters. The scenery is simply breathtaking. The whiteness of the salt contrasts perfectly with the blue of the sky and the mountains that surround the place. It was a unique and exciting experience for us. The tour was well organized and our guide was very knowledgeable about the place. We learned a lot about the history and geology of salt pans. We recommend visiting this place if you are a nature lover. The boys in the salt flats were able to guide us in the photographs, very friendly. You're not gonna be disappointed! 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
