They Rescheduled, rescheduled , then ghosted me. I requested a refund. Viator has requested a refund also.

Communication: We maintain complete records showing that after initial communications regarding this booking, we did not initiate any subsequent rescheduling attempts or cancellations, nor did we "ghost" you. Cancellation Policy: The booking remained confirmed and active until the scheduled start time. Unfortunately, you did not attend the tour and did not formally cancel the booking within the required cancellation timeframe. We understand that you ultimately chose to book with a different operator, potentially attracted by a cash discount. While we respect your choice to pursue other travel options, a "no-show" on a confirmed booking, especially without formal cancellation, means we cannot recover the operational costs and loss of opportunity for other bookings. This tour guide never showed up or responded to my messages. No communication at all. I’d like a refund please.
I'm sure this tour would have been fantastic, had I been able to go. I booked this tour in advance and was in communication with the guide via WhatsApp days before the experience. All was set for a great day. However, 12 hours and 24 minutes before my tour, it was cancelled. The only way I found out was through the auto-generated email from Viator. Despite our previous communications via Whatsapp, the operator did not email or message me, or offer any apology for such a short notice cancellation. I strongly advise you to select another tour to enjoy your time in Kuwait.
I had a great time on this comprehensive tour of Kuwait and got to see all of the main attractions in one day. It was well organized and the tour guide was very accommodating. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kuwait and wishing to get to know the country.

DO NOT BOOK! Absolutely unacceptable experience. Our tour guide cancelled at the very last minute with ZERO notice—no call, no message, nothing. I was ready to go, excited for the tour I had planned well in advance, only to be left standing around wondering what happened. No apology, no explanation, just completely ghosted us. Viator support was also useless and frustrating, inexperienced and dismissive representative. This is not just unprofessional, it’s disrespectful. If you’re looking for someone reliable or even remotely considerate, look elsewhere. Total waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.

No guide showed up for my tour with this company. My hotel tried to ring them, no reply. The receptionist said this had previously occurred with an other guest. I received no email or any other communication from the tour company either. The support staff at Viator were very helpful

I booked a tour on weekend. Any places didn’t open. The guide took me to other places which weren’t in Itinerary. He is professional, patient and flexible.
