Heldagstur med Corcovado och sockertoppen med grilllunch
Beskrivning
Vi börjar med hotellhämtning och besöker Corcovadoberget och Kristusstatyn. Vi går genom Paineiras-rutten i Tijucaskogen. Se Kristusstatyn och den vackra staden Rio de Janeiro. Sedan besöker vi Sockertoppen. Vi tar linbanan till toppen av kullen. Njut av de hisnande landskapen. Turnén inkluderar också ett grilllunchstopp och en fullständig stadsrundtur. Ta dig tid att njuta av den brasilianska all-can-eat-grillen och den fantastiska buffésalladen. Vi fortsätter och vi stannar vid Metropolitan Cathedral och de traditionella Selarón-trapporna. Sedan stannar vi framför Sambadrome och Maracanã Stadium för att ta några bilder på utsidan. Till slut tar vi dig tillbaka till ditt hotell.

Vi besöker Corcovadoberget och Kristusstatyn som går genom Paineiras-rutten. Den 20 minuters bilresa till statyns bas tar dig genom Tijuca-skogen och ger dig en förhandstitt på landskapen framför dig. Statyn är 710 meter hög och från denna utsiktspunkt har du vidsträckt utsikt över staden.
Linbanan till toppen av berget görs i 2 etapper: börja vid ombordstigningsstationen till Urca-berget (224 meter) och sedan från Urca-berget till toppen av Sockertoppen (395 meter).

Praia Vermelha ligger mellan Sockertoppen och Urcaberget och är en charmig plats.
Selarón-trapporna ligger i Santa Teresa och är kända för sina ljusa och färgglada kakel.
Den moderna arkitekturen skiljer sig mycket från de traditionella katedraler vi ser där ute. Njut av de vackra målade glasögonen och försök gissa de bibliska ställen de fått sin inspiration från.
Fotboll - eller fotboll, om du föredrar det - är en del av det brasilianska livet. Vi älskar att titta på matcherna och dela erfarenheter med helt främlingar som träffas för ett syfte: att stödja sitt lag på planen. Maracanã Stadium anses vara vårt tempel och en helig plats för dem som gillar ett fantastiskt spel. Vi kan ta bilder utanför Stadion och dela historier om våra favoritmatcher.
Se karnevaltemplet, platsen där magin händer. Sambadromen öppnar endast under karnevalstid. Men vi får se platsen utifrån och höra historier om världens största karneval.
Grillrestaurang i Copacabana. Njut av den traditionella brasilianska grillen.

Feb 2024 - The tour of the sights was very cool to see, with amazing views of the city! However I was disappointed that there was barely any mention of the African contribution to the foundations of Rio. You cannot talk about the history of Rio without talking about the African people! African people immensely contributed and built this beautiful city into what it is today! As each generation passes their blood, sweat and tears is continually overlooked from generation to generation. However as nature changes their stories will eventually be told.
Hello, We understand your point of view and will take it into consideration, but we have a tour entirely dedicated to this theme, called "Little Africa" (Pequena África). Our guide Monica Francesca Bertazzolo was very profesional. Every body was picked up on time, all the program went according to schedule, there was enough time at the sights. I would suggest 30 min at Selaron stairs would be better, so as to enjoy a Caipurinha and look closet to the tiles. Monica was impressive as she talked and explained everything în 3 languages, acc. to the group preferences, changing easily from one to the other. A big bravo!!
