Mitt namn är Miran, och under de senaste 20 åren av mitt liv har jag guidat andra resenärer som du på min berömda Enjoy Herzegovina-turné. Jag är född och uppvuxen i Mostar, som jag anser vara en av de vackraste städerna i världen, och har sedan dess byggt ett vandrarhem och turnéverksamhet. Jag har en unik inblick i min regions historia, en region som både upplevde tider av välstånd och krigets fasor, en historia som jag känner mig rörd att dela med människor från hela världen. Du kommer att plockas upp från mitt vandrarhem, vandrarhem Miran, som ligger bara 5 minuter från busstationen, och kommer att transporteras i en bekväm och luftkonditionerad minibuss. Du kommer att se Blagaj Dervish kloster, Pocitelj slott och det omgivande området, och naturligtvis, de vackra Kravice vattenfall. Efteråt kör vi uppför Mountain Fortica med den bästa utsikten över Mostar och den nybyggda Sky walking bridge. Ta med pass, badkläder och handduk.

Blagaj Dervish-klostret byggdes på 1500-talet och är det första stoppet på vår turné. Klostret är byggt inuti en naturlig grotta och lockar turister från hela världen med sin skönhet.
Historisk by med ett friluftsmuseum och fantastisk utsikt över Neretva-floden. Besökare kommer att se flera historiska platser, inklusive Hajji Alija-moskén, Kula Tower, samt Gavrankapetanovic-huset.
Juvelen i vår turné, Kravice-vattenfallen är en unik tuffkaskad i regionen, och överraskar även den erfarna resenären med sin majestätiska skönhet. Besökare kommer att ha gott om tid att simma, sola, njuta av en måltid på någon av restaurangerna och utforska naturparken.
I slutet av vår turné kommer besökarna att köras till toppen av Mount Fortica, där de kan njuta av fantastisk utsikt över Mostar och det omgivande området. De som söker äventyr och spänning kan också betala för att zippa ner en av Europas längsta zip-linjer.

Started with lookout point above the city and learned some modern history over coffee, water, and burek provided by Miran Then we beat the crowds to each spot Blagaj monastery built into the rock, with beautiful river. Plenty of time to walk around and get a coffee or beer/ glass of wine (in our case). Then onto the Castle and town Pocitelj with enough time to climb to the viewpoint and lookout the tower windows over the river. Finished at Kravice with time to have a feast (extremely reasonable price) with the best meat platter we have had in Europe. Bring trunks and towels because you are going to want to dip in the water fed from the waterfalls. So refreshing. Overall one of the best tours for our taste we have had over 40 countries in Europe. Miran was most hospitable, knowledgeable, and strong spirited. Don’t hesitate when looking for an excursion in Mostar, this is the one.
Miran is such a kindhearted person and a great guide , incredibly generous in every sense. Go with him if want to learn more about this beautiful country, you will not be disappointed.

A lovely and well organized tour with fantastic group! Our guide, Miran, was knowledgeable, friendly and made the experience quite special. We visited Mostar, Blagaj, Počitelj and the bath at the Kravica Falls – a perfect blend of history, nature and relaxation. Highly recommended! Without a doubt the highlight of my trip, thank miran!
The day with Miran was a day of encounter: an encounter with a wonderful person, with the places he has always lived and with his history in those same places. We were immediately put at ease by the guide, who took us to some of the most beautiful places in Herzegovina through an intense and sincere story, which showed us the reality of Mostar and its surroundings in its most authentic light: the view from Fortica, the Blagaj tekija, the streets of Počitelj and the natural beauty of the rivers Buna, Trebizat and Kravica Falls. I absolutely recommend it both for the organizational ability of Miran and his staff and, above all, because seeing Mostar and Herzegovina with the accompaniment and friendship of such special people is something you will carry with you forever. A sincere and heartfelt thank you!
Our wonderful guide, Miran, was exceptional - he is a native of Mostar and has lived through all of its difficulties over the years. He is passionate about his area and country and incredibly informative. We learned so much! He was fun and funny, warm and enthusiastic. I highly recommend this great adventure!!!
Miran was very hospitable, kept the trip humorous yet sincere, and clued us in on all the geopolitical developments happening behind all the scenery and monuments we saw. A lot of what he showed us couldn’t be showed in a book or museum, and his brought a lot of written facts about Mostar to life. Also felt really safe as a solo female traveler in the group, which is always a blessing. I didn’t stay in the hostel but it seems really clean too.
