Det UNESCO-listade templet Angkor Wat är Kambodjas mest besökta attraktion, och det är ännu mer magnifik under skenet från den uppgående solen. På denna liten grupptur, gå upp tidigt för att se soluppgången över Angkor Wat, dra sedan fördel av det svalare vädret och färre folkmassor för att utforska de omgivande templen. Besök sedan Angkor Thom, beundra porten till Bayon och upptäck Bayon-templet. Vi tar en paus för frukost på en plats nära tempelområdet innan vi besöker det buddhistiska templet Ta Prohm (känt från Tomb Raider), där massiva trädrötter växer genom strukturerna. Slutligen stannar vi vid Banteay Kdei-templet innan vi återvänder till hotellet.

Bayon är ett rikt dekorerat Khmer-tempel relaterat till buddhismen i Angkor i Kambodja. Bayon byggdes i slutet av 1100-talet eller början av 1200-talet som kung Jayavarman VII:s statliga tempel, och står i centrum av Jayavarmans huvudstad Angkor Thom
Ta Keo är ett tempelberg i Angkor, möjligen det första som byggdes helt av sandsten av Khmerriket.
Ta Prohm är det moderna namnet på templet i Siem Reap, Kambodja, byggt i Bayon-stil till stor del i slutet av 1100-talet och början av 1200-talet och ursprungligen kallat Rajavihara.

Did the sunrise tour and it was so worth it. Got to see the sun come up from behind angkor wat and then went to go explore inside and see some of the other temples in the area such as Bayon temple and Ta Promh temple. I learnt a lot about the history behind all these places through our amazing guide and helped us get great pictures as well. Every time we went back to the bus they also gave us ice cold water to keep us hydrated since it was very hot. Would 100% recomend

I went on the Angkor wat sunrise tour. We got to see three other temples as well and had a stop for lunch (food not included). The Angkor visit pass is not included in the prize, however it was possible to buy on the way there with the help of the tour guide if you haven’t bought it online already in advance. Our guide Vone took great care of us and contributed with a personal and fun guiding experience plus photos for those who wanted to. Also a lot of bottled water was provided which was much appreciated.

We had a wonderful time looking at all the historical temples and learnt a lot of key facts about each temple and the history behind them. Our tour guide Vone was excellent and made good jokes.
