Participating in the full day private Sorrento & Amalfi Coast Tour is a must for a broader understanding of each of the major cities in the region. You can get a good view and understanding of the area to determine where you might spend more time in a specific location. Our time with Marco, our driver / tour guide, was a pleasant experience. His knowledge of the area was essential for a successful outing. We had the opportunity to walk and explore Amalfi, Sorrento and Ravello. Marco was courteous and on-time picking us up and meeting at designated places during the journey. We had a great time.
Amazing experience, completely personalized to our interests. We had a wonderful time visiting Ravello and Amalfi, with many interesting stops and helpful info along the way!
Tony was awesome! He was very accommodating and made sure we were happy from before pick-up to after drop off. He was kind enough to provide recommendations for the local area and even called a restaurant to inquire about a specific dish we had been looking for, which they did. I highly recommend Tony and this company. Everything was PERFECTO!

We decided to book a last minute Compass tour with a driver to more easily see Sorrento and the Amalfi coast (we were based in Positano). I can’t rave enough about how great our driver, Marco was! He gave us background on the areas we were seeing and geared our day to the things we wanted to do. We saw so much in one day , more then we could do by ourselves! Would highly recommend Compass tours and trying a driver - the best way to go!!
Tony is the MAN! We could not have had a more perfect day in Amalfi, Pompeii and Positano! Tony could not have been more gracious, knowledgeable, and fun! Do not do a tour in the Amalfi coast without TONY! Best day ever!
We have never traveled to Italy before and it was my job to arrange tours. There are so many companies out their and we were very fortunate to schedule with Compass Tours. Our driver, Marco was the best guide we had during our Italy vacation. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but patient, and had a great personality. His English was amazing and he gave us numerous helpful tips even though we had booked other tours through other providers. I strongly recommend this tour.
Spent the day on a private tour with Marco. It was our visit time to Italy. He was not only an amazing driver (you have to be to drive in this area) but a knowledgeable, polite, entertaining and a genuine great guy. He was patient with our crazy shopping, gave great tips on things to do in the areas he took us to and made this one the most memorable days on our vacation. Wonderful full day experience of Almafi coast and Sorrento! Marco was so knowledgeable and accommodating. He provided such detail of the history as well as best places to grab a pastry or limoncello. He was very flexible with how much time we got to spend in each place and we're able to adjust throughout the day. So friendly and personable. He made the day's trip to so many places a unique and personalized experience I would highly recommend to anyone visiting. Thank you Marco!
