Awesome job captain Bryan! He was so super flexible with us even when we changed our minds mid trip as far as where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. He was so easy-going and great to work with. Captain Bryan is amazing!
The captain, Andrew, was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The boat was the cleanest we’ve ever had. Our tour was terrific. We’ve had good ones and bad ones. This was the best!!
We had a great time. Everyone in our group agreed that this was the best activity we did on our trip. Captain Bryan was great: friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. He took us to some great snorkeling spots where we saw many different kinds of fish, sea turtles and a ray. He showed us some of the beautiful scenery around St John and shared his knowledge of the islands with us. So glad we did this!
Andrew our captain was perfect! He Suggested a great itinerary, was always there when we wanted to leave a place, communicated well, played music we asked for, let us have our own time together without interjecting, etc. It was our favorite day of our whole trip. Just incredible! Get to the baths early in the morning! So amazing!
Hands down one of the best parts of our trip! We even got upgraded, which was an awesome surprise. Captain Andrew, Danny, and the long-haired curly blond guy from Maryland (I wish I remembered your name!) were seriously the best. They were fun to hang out with, easy to talk to, and made the whole day feel relaxed instead of like a scripted tour. They took us to some incredible snorkeling spots, answered all our random questions, and made sure everyone was having a great time. You could tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and it shows. Great crew, great vibes, and one of those days we'll be talking about for a long time. We'd absolutely book with them again!
We had the best day with Captain Bryan! We visited Foxy's and Soggy Dollar Bar on Jost Van Dyke, Sandy Spit, and ended the day on Normand Island. Bryan really let us dictate how much time we spent at each spot which was nice because we didn't feel rushed. He is very knowledgeable and shared some fun facts with us about the islands. Highly recommend!! Communication was easy, boat was clean, and somehow they even provided a picture perfect weather day! :) Thanks for a great charter!
We had a wonderful day out on the boat around St. John. Captain Danny took time to see what we wanted to do with our day. He took us to 3 different bays to snorkel. We were able to snorkel with turtles which was the highlight. Stopped at Pizza Pi for lunch. He was very courteous and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!!
Such a fun day! We saw turtles, an octopus, rays, and tons of fish. Stopped at lime out for a great lunch. Captain Andrew was awesome, friendly and very knowledgeable! 11/10 would recommend!
We had a great day and Steve was a fantastic cabin. Boat was really clean and comfortable. We had lots of time to snorkel and relax and a great lunch at Lime Out.
We booked a full-day charter with Bonus Time Charters for my bachelorette trip last Saturday, and it turned into the best day of our lives. From the beginning, communication was so easy and stress-free, and Captain Danny was absolutely incredible. He checked in beforehand, answered everything quickly, and made the entire experience seamless. To make things even funnier - because this was a bachelorette trip - we may have gone a little too hard the night before and woke up running late to the charter. I texted Danny immediately apologizing and letting him know we’d be there ASAP, and he could not have been cooler or more understanding about it. Zero stress, zero judgment (or at least he hid it very well!). The rest of the day honestly felt magical. We snorkeled, spot hopped, grabbed pizza, blasted music, laughed until we cried, and saw more wildlife than we could have imagined - a mama dolphin and her baby, sea turtles, stingrays, nurse sharks, barracuda… it was unreal. Captain Danny somehow managed to handle three chaotic bachelorette girls with the patience of a saint while also being fun, knowledgeable, laid-back, and completely on top of everything. Cannot recommend Bonus Time Charters enough - if you’re going to St. Thomas/John, BOOK THE CHARTER. Worth every penny and easily the highlight of our trip. We’re still laughing.
