Excellent experience! Easy parking. They load all of your belongings and drive you by golf cart to the dock. There are clean bathrooms near the dock. They were helpful and efficient getting us on the water and upon returning. They helped unload our boat and drove us back to the parking lot to our car. Would rate 10/10. Will be back! Our pontoon was very spacious. We had 9 on a 12 person pontoon. Had plenty of room for our coolers and floats/ bags

Way too many other companies that rent pontoons to have this bad of service. Had to wait over an hour to check in, that we did online and already filled out all the waivers before we got there for each individual person on the boat. Only had one girl working and around 20 people in line the check-in to tell me that only one waiver was filled out. After we get through that part we are waiting on the boat that we paid for a 12 person boat and the boats are just given to whoever is in line. I asked the boat hand kid if this is a 12 person boat that is 24 ft and he said yes it is. Looking at the side of the boat it’s says the model is a 22ft with a 90 hp. Only one speaker worked on the boat also. Basically our boat that we had reserved was given to someone else that just happened to be in front of us and they didn’t want to ask them to get off.

We had a blast, easy to check in, they drive u down, and back, great crew, everyone was very friendly and very informative. Theres many places to go and we seen dolphins basically our whole time out on the water. While on the water there are smaller boats that have food and drinks while in crab island! 10/10 recommend !!

The boat was very nice and clean! It was the perfect day for the 11 of us on the water, we even saw dolphins!

If you’re looking to charter your own boat Crab Island Watersports is the way to go. We’ve rented from them 2 years in a row and have had great experiences both times. They send you very detailed information about the rental, their policies, and how to get to their location. So READ. Once you arrive they also go over a safety video and have someone at the dock who will go over the boat instructions with you. *Be sure to check your boat radio for tunes before you head out, our first trip ours didn’t work which was a little bummer. I suggest adding on the Lilly pad and paddle board. Friendly and fair prices. Plan on coming back each year! Pro Tips- Bring your own cooler packed with drinks, food/snacks, lots of sunscreen, water toys, towels. There is a floating general store and some food boats but be prepared to very pay high prices since that’s the only thing around. Once you anchor at Crab Island you typically don’t move until you’re ready to go. Use the bathroom before heading out, no restrooms in the bay.

We rented a pontoon boat for Crab Island and had a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond for us; Our speaker went out on the pontoon boat while at Crab island and they sent someone on a jet ski to bring us a portable speaker. Everyone was so nice and they even held a birthday cheesecake in their refrigerator for us so it wouldn’t melt. It was my first time driving a pontoon, but BayBay took the time to make sure I was comfortable driving it and he and Juan helped load and unload our pontoon for us. Exemplary service! Thanks you guys! We will definitely be back!

11/10 pontoon experience on Crab Island! We had a large group that thoroughly enjoyed the sandbar and vendor options at our leisure throughout the day. We LOVED our captain Jarred - he made the day even better with his positive attitude and willingness to help us with anything we needed. Would absolutely go back if we’re ever in Destin, FL again!!

Always a great experience with this company. Great customer service. This is worth driving from Navarre or Destin just to rent here. Nice boats and always great staff.
