Ägaren arbetade för framstående 5-stjärniga viltreservat och gäststugor innan han blev entreprenör. Referenser inkluderar Barefoot country lodge, Riverbend country lodge .Gorah viltreservat. We went on a very rainy day and were told we would not see anything. Fortunately with luck on our side and with our amazing guide, Walter, we had the most amazing day. Elephants around every corner, herds of buffalo and the most delicious braai made by Walter, our trip to Addo was made very special. Walter did his best to try and find the animals we were looking for as well sharing all his knowledge. I can not thank Walter enough. 100% recommendation x
We have a fantastic day at Addo Elephant Park with Addo Travel Centre and Adventure. Walter was so knowledgeable, and told us so many interesting stories, facts and information about the park, area and animals. We had a great breakfast at the park restaurant, enjoyed a morning game drive where we saw dozens of buffalo and elephants incredibly close to the car, some within touching distance (we obviously didn't touch them!), and then stopped at a lovely park spot to have lunch, which Walter cooked right in front of us on the braii. Alcoholic drinks were included, and we had a range of wines, beers and ciders, as well as soft drinks to chose from. Walter was very generous and the helpings of food were large. We then enjoyed an afternoon game drive, and although we didn't see much due to the inclement weather, Walter tried so hard for us, driving up and down the length of the park to try to find lions and hyenas. Overall, I'd highly recommend this tour company, and will be recommending to friends and family visiting South Africa as a reliable local company to help you enjoy Addo.
Walter showed us around driving through the North and South parts of Addo Elephant National Park. We got to see Buffalos, Zebras, Kudus, Warthogs, lots of Elephants and finished off with watching the 3 female lions hunting. What an amazing experience that was seeing nature and its intelligence, beauty and brutality right before our eyes. Simply amazing and very entertaining!

Tour was good however our guide talked us into upgrading to a full day with lunch so that we were ensured to see more animals. Didn't really need to do this.
Our Safari Guide Walter was excellent, he was extremely knowledgable and had a great sense of humour. Nothing was too much trouble he made sure we had the best game viewing possible. The elephants were amazing to see.
We were traveling with 8 people in the minibus. Our driver was Collin. We had already booked at home through the Internet Travel Agency. The owners of this agency clothed us throughout the journey. (Cruise) It's been on heavy rain this day, but we could see some animals. The elephants marched right past our bus. For me, this trip ended with unpleasant memories. Firstly, this Collin, well recognisable by its tooth gap in front, is like a lunatic driving back to the ship, secondly, I left my Eastpak wallet with about 200 dollars in the bus. Despite an e-mail to Walter asking him to check on the bus, a negative answer came for me, i.e. nothing to be found on the bus. Dear Collin, I hope you burn your hands with my money.
Dear valued customer . Apologies for the way your experience turned out. It is the clients responsibility to look after their belongings and we always check vehicles thouroughly after drop off and ask clients to account for their belongings . The purse may have been dropped of at bathrooms or restaurant. It is unfair to portion blame on the drivers or guides and it is tatamount to deformation of character . The driver drove vehicle at the maximum freeway speed of 100km an hour. The freeway maximum speed by law is 120 km an hour. The bus used is gorvened not to exceed 100 km an hour by Toyota south africa. . We neverthess apologies for your losses but we have never had guests possessions missing in all the decade years of operation
the driver guide went over and above her call of duty with additional forays into the park's vast terrain meaning we saw all the animals on offer and ellies with babes squeezing past the landrover, so close it was overwhelming. Thankyou so much for a superb day and I would advise anyone wishing to see the very best of Addo to use this organisation as they were brilliant

My first visit to South Africa and was pleased to have a fantastic guide called Walter. He met me at the airport and drove me to the accommodation called 'The Elephant House' where I had booked my holiday stay. He also gave me a private guided tour of Port Elizabeth and a big game drive based there too. His local knowledge was extensive so it helped me to learn about many aspects of African life and culture. I can throughly recommend him should you need to hire a very knowledgeable and guide.

Went on a safari with Walter and Tawangu. What a team, really know their stuff, very informative and enjoyable day out. Fantastic braai for lunch. Would highly recommend this for anyone that has even the slightest interest in nature and animals. Will definately do it again when I am back in Addoo.
We had the best time at our safari trip with Walter. We had so much fun trying to find all of the big 5 and Walter could answer all our questions. His knowledge about the animals and the park seems neverending. It was the best trip we have ever done in south africa, and we will definitely book with Walter again. He made our trip so wunderful and special we will never forget this day🤩 he even picked us up at our accomodation and brought us safely back.
