Upphämtningsplatser och tider
Upphämtning från valfri terminal eller hotell. Alla från gruppen ska hämtas från samma plats samtidigt. Tjänsten måste bokas minst 24 timmar före upphämtningstiden. 15 min för lokala hämtningar och 30 min för hämtning på flygplatsen ingår i priset (räknat från schemalagd hämtningstid - läs våra allmänna villkor), varefter vi tar ut ytterligare vänte- och parkeringsavgifter där så är tillämpligt. VIKTIG! Se till att din telefon är påslagen och att du är tillgänglig för att ta emot samtal vid tidpunkten för avhämtning med numret som anges i bokningen. Om du inte gör det kan din bokning markeras som en utebliven kund om vi inte kan hitta dig på upphämtningsplatsen. OBS: 1 stort bagage betyder upp till MAX 20 kg (storlek L (75) mäter MAX 75x51x28 cm), 1 litet bagage betyder handbagage upp till 10 kg. (Storlek S (50) mäter MAX 55x40x20 cm.)

We books six months in advance and we tried to confirm the day before and they canceled the ride without explanation
We had a great ride with Zabiullah. The company is super easy to work with- you can contact them via their app or updates/changes. We had a private transfer from a hotel in Wembley to the power in Southampton. Due to some street closures we needed to modify our pickup, and it was super easy to do with their chat. The Driver arrived a few minutes early, loaded our bags, gave us some bottled water, and got into our destination with no issues. The timing was better than other transportation options I researched, and the price was comparable. This was my 2nd ride with Umbrella, and I would definitely use them for any other rides while in London.

Had scheduled drivers for extended family of six and luggage. Drivers both to and from the airport were on time, personable, and helpful. They communicated with me through WhatsApp so I did not have to guess about their location, etc. Made it a very smooth and stress-free experience.
Our driver provided excellent communication via text when we landed. He arrived very quickly after we picked up our bags. He was friendly and pointed out local sights. I would highly recommend this service!

A great option for transfer from our centrally located hotel to Heathrow Airport in London. Christian, our driver, was excellent! Being driven in a spacious and luxurious exec car was the only way to comfortably go. I’d recommend this means of transfer to everyone.
We recently used this airport transfer service during our London vacation. The driver arrived on time, was polite, helped with our luggage, and drove safely throughout the journey. Unfortunately, the ride itself was extremely uncomfortable. From the beginning of the trip, we noticed that the air conditioning did not seem to be working. After a 9-hour flight, dealing with jet lag, and arriving on what was reported to be the hottest day ever recorded in May in London—with temperatures reaching 93°F (34°C)—my family was becoming increasingly uncomfortable in the back of the vehicle. Trying to be courteous, we waited before mentioning it, but eventually asked the driver if he could turn on the air conditioning. His response was that the air conditioning was blowing hot air. With only a slight crack in the windows, there was little airflow and almost no relief from the heat. What should have been a comfortable ONE-HOUR transfer to our accommodations became a miserable experience. We specifically booked and paid for a private transfer for our family of 4 because the company advertises a comfortable and stress-free ride. While the driver himself was professional and courteous, the vehicle was clearly not in suitable condition for transporting passengers on such a hot day. We were very disappointed that a service marketed as comfortable failed to provide a functioning air-conditioned vehicle. This was a terrible start to our vacation! We emailed the company and are awaiting a reply.
We booked this company for 7 passengers from our hotel to the airport.. we reconfirmed our booking the booking the night before pickup and the driver never showed up. We were left stranded with two seniors, two toddlers and 3 adults and had to try and find two vehicles last minute to take us to the airport.
I traveled solo, and didn't want to be stressed finding transportation. This service is great - up front communication and punctual.
