We did our deadwalk tour and had a great time. It was educational, humorous and interesting getting to walk around and see the various hauntings. Our guide was Laura, and she did an excellent job facilitating the tour, we highly recommend her.

Our tour guide, Abigail, was fantastic! On our Dead Walk tour she gave us a great mix of historical facts (like there is a dead body every three steps you take you are stepping on a dead body) and ghost stories such a Raymond who went home with a lady to do her laundry but a week later returned to the hotel. We experienced some paranormal activity at the hotel, we heard very loud knocking coming from the 3rd floor. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to be entertained and a little spooked!

Sent us in a wild goose chase. Had no address to meet at, called multiple times, customer service did could not do anything to resolve the issue said he was new. You are not allowed to call your tour guide on the phone. Said they would not refund. Called a 2nd time with another customer service person and said their website for where to meet at was not updated. At this point even if it is a legitimate company, their business practices are fraud. Also it's so difficult to leave a review on their website.
This is a fake review posted by a competitor (email address of person leads us to one). We have been at the same address for the last 18 years and it is posted on the website. This person has not even done business with us.
