We usually live self guided tours, but this one was disappointing. The facts themselves were very interesting but we missed the directions at many critical points as the app did not re-direct us, additionally the route at the cathedral does not exist so we had to go a different way. We also felt that huge gaps inbetween the information points was unhelpful, even a few words like, keep going, you are nearly there, would have been useful.
I thought I would try this as no ghost tours through the week. Myself and my family really enjoyed the audio ghost tour.
This was an excellent way to see Chester in a different way and I would definitely recommend doing this walk once the sun has gone down and there are less crowds
Really enjoyed this tour. It gave us some really interesting insights, was very atmospheric and a took us on a great route of the City. Thoroughly recommended!
Fascinating. I like the tale of sarah and the fact that you see so many distinct features and interesting places. Good tour easy to follow. Not sure if its just today but the gate down the side of the chapel was locked and shut.
I found this tour very interesting, the guide was informative. I also liked the fact you could stop and start it. Chester is a beautiful city to walk around and has history everywhere you look. The tour takes you to some interesting sites like the City wall

Excellent, well worth the money. The trip was fantastic. We went in the dark so is was a bit more of a spooky experience. Highly recommended.
