I paid 275 pounds. This was advertised as the Harry Potter Tour. This was not the Harry Potter Tour as when we got to the venue there was no tickets the money was for a taxi fare that should have cost 45 pounds each way. When we got to Harry Potter we had to pay an additional 90 odd pounds for tickets for my niece and I. I feel robbed.
Full refund given, tired to help more than i ever could, did job travelling there, and decided to cancel, even though I refund, why they did this i do not understand, i went more than over my way to help, very unfair
I am so glad that we booked with Armin! He was punctual, helpful and flexible. He picked us up at our hotel at the pre-arranged time. It was really nice that we didn't have to take the tube or meet up with a tour bus at another location. We went straight there much faster and he even offered to stop and let us pick up coffee. The biggest benefit of booking through Armin is that we were able to be flexible on the time he picked us up from the Harry Potter experience. We were unsure of how long we would be there and he told us to just let him know when we got to the half way point and then when we were ready for pick up. It was so nice to be able to take our time and not feel rushed! I would highly recommend booking any excursions with Armin. We also booked him directly for a transfer from the airport to our hotel and a trip to Stonehenge. His vehicle fit our family of 4 plus luggage easily and was comfortable as well. Thank you Armin for giving us flexibility and peace of mind!
We had a wonderful experience with Armin! He was not only reliable and on time, but an excellent tour guide and made for such a pleasant experience. He was very flexible so we could spend as much time as we needed at HP Studios. We appreciated his warm and welcoming nature and sense of humor on our journey as well. Our kids said he was their favorite driver of their whole trip. Thank you Armin! We hope to see you again on our next trip!
Best driver if you want a FUN trip (transport only!, be sure to have entrance tickets for the studios, no chance to get some on sight). The driver is more than reliable and on time and will take a detour if you want to pick something up on the way. Drops you off wherever you want in Central London on the way back. Also has good tips for events and restaurants and other things in London. Loved it.
Very experienced and friendly driver and he knew all the shortcuts to avoid the heavy traffic in London really a wonderful ride he took us down to the Harry Potter studio

Armin was excellent. Stayed in touch with is from right after booking until pickup from our hotel and drop off at Harry Potter. He was on time and very courteous and professional. We used him for our return trip to the hotel as well.
We scheduled Armin Harris to take us to the Harry Potter Warner Brothers and he did such a fantastic job coordinating with us and making sure we had additional info about the tour to make it even more magical. He was completely flexible with taking us there and picking us up so we had maximum time to experience the entire tour. He offered to take a pic of us in front of the studio giving us a very special memory of this experience. He also offered to stop for coffee and a bite to eat. It was delicious and very much appreciated! He just made our entire day so relaxing and enjoyable. Excellent service
