We booked a private shopping experience with Jennie in Hanoi. Right after I booked, I received a private message through WhatsApp asking for a list of what specifically we were looking for. This was the best gem crystal shop I have ever seen in. The selection was unbelievable. Jennie also helped us by speaking Vietnamese to the workers when negotiating a price. We then went to the old quarter and she brought us to the coolest vintage chores that we would never have found on our own. Jennie was the sweetest and nicest person, and she really went above and beyond to accommodate my family. The shopping experience was so fun and my kids absolutely loved it. I highly recommend doing this because she will bring you to some really cool places!

Highly recommended. We contacted Jenny after striking out on our own with some shopping wish lists, and on very short notice she pulled together a custom itinerary and found us just the right places to locate high quality trip mementos. Tour price included a beverage at a cafe, as well as taxi transport between locations. She made it very easy and fun!

My experience shopping with Jenny Cherry was fabulous! She contacted me beforehand to learn what I was shopping for and curated a wonderful shopping experience for me. I was looking for art and fine handicrafts and Jenny took me to a few high-end workshops and an art gallery. Specifically, we went to a lacquerware workshop and an embroidery workshop, at both of which I could watch the craft being made. Jenny was truly enthusiastic and very patient while I looked at the wares and decided what to purchase. Jenny also graciously walked with me in and out of many small souvenir shops to look for small items and gifts. She was incredibly patient and kind throughout, and we chatted the whole time. It as like making a new friend! Jenny also answered my questions about Vietnamese culture and language - she is very knowledgeable and happy to share her knowledge. Also, it was raining the day we were together, and Jenny called and paid for taxis to take us from place to place. She even insisted on holding her umbrella over me as we went in and out of the souvenir shops. Jenny and I spent five hours together and it was great fun! I highly recommend this tour!!
