Det råder ingen tvekan om att besökare till Hanoi - särskilt de matcentrerade - lägger märke till den ständiga närvaron av ätbara saker på sina promenader runt de gamla kvarteren och längre bort. Kött på gatan, cyklar lastade med frukt och grönsaker, sjudande grytor med lager på trösklar, kokande vattenkokare, tippande tekannor, säckar som är överfyllda med ris - gatorna är där maten är, inte gömda inomhus i gigantiska stormarknadshallar eller skyddade bakom glasfönster eller skåp. Man kan sträcka ut handen och röra mat upp och ner längs med vilken Hanoi-gata som helst.

Fantastic experience being guided to many of the must try food in Hanoi. Although I got very full at the end! Our tour guide Elena was very friendly and knowledgeable and I had an amazing experience overall.
Food filled 9-stop tour around Hanoi old quarter Including a sand-worm omelette! Good to try a varied range of street food.
Sarah is very good guide, friendly and knowledgable with lots of hospitality. She took us to places where are very local. We visited 5 or 6 places and it made me stuffed. It won't be possible to try local foods like that. I enjoyed this course pretty much.
Jasmine was very sweet and helped my children (aged 5 and 7) try the food. We tried 6 different dishes on the tour from savory to sweet. Highly recommend!
We had a great time walking through old quarter. Helen our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to give us the best experience possible. She asked us what food we had already tried and changed locations so we tried all new things. Highly recommend this tour and Helen as a guide.
The tour was the best!! Our guide Sarah made it very special for everyone, she’s such a great and funny person. Food was also great and dishes you’ve never heard of before. 100% recommend!!
I LOVED beginning our vacation with a food tour in Hanoi. My friend recommended it and it was worth it! Really authentic and fresh food, our guide Sarah was simply the best. Friendly, competent and funny. We had a great time with her and got many recommendations for other food options. Its also nice if you wanna connect with people in general.
The street food tour was a fun causal experience that felt like a friend was showing you around the city. We really enjoy our time with Sarah. She was knowledgeable and accommodated my vegetarian husband. Highly recommend!
