We had a wonderful experience on our first trip to Hanoi. Our guide, Chris, was amazing—he assisted us throughout the tour and took us to remarkable sights, especially the best spot on Train Street. He’s very knowledgeable and explained the history of each place in an engaging way, never boring. As a bonus, he’s also a great photographer! I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a city tour in Hanoi or other part of Vietnam.. Will definitely contact him again next time

Yeah, yeah, Chris Chris is a good Guide. Very courteous speaks excellent English and knows history quite well. Explain the city to us and its features very well and he knowledgeable in history. I wish you all the best.

The trip was fantastic We really enjoyed the Tour with Chris Phan. Chis is so kind and helpful. He speaks English fluently. The Driver was so energetic, never felt a bit tired. The only experience that I have had where I didn’t get what I paid for. The itinerary wasn’t followed with the exception of one location. I tried to work it out with the tour operator but he kept saying that the website was not correct. He was very difficult to deal with and I would never book a tour with this operator again. His customer service was appalling. I did learn that I was not the first person that this has happened to and a lot of people have expected a different experience. I definitely would not recommend them as they have deceitful practices and a lack of customer service. Thankfully I was able to get my money back from Trip Advisor and I am appreciative of their assistance.
