På vår hemliga mattur: Hanoi, du kommer att prova många lokala rätter från små pannkakor, grillat fläsk, färska papayasallader med nötkött, till en stor skål med nudelsoppa. Vi sköljer ner allt med en klunk vietnamesiskt kaffe och uppfriskande juice du aldrig glömmer. Du kommer att utforska vår kulinariska värld och uppleva det lokala livet, tills du når sjön som ligger i hjärtat av vår huvudstad, och se några gamla hus där du kommer att vidga dina vyer. Och glöm inte vår hemliga maträtt också!

Låt oss presentera oss och lära oss lite av Hanois historia innan maten. Alldeles intill det här torget ska vi besöka en första restaurang.
Vi går in på en söt gata full av trevliga lokaler och går för vår andra och tredje maträtt på en lokalbefolkningens favoritplats.
Dags för lite coola bilder, här ska vi gå runt och se vad majoriteten av turisterna brukar älska med Hanoi.
Vi kommer att upptäcka kopplingen mellan mat och lokal kultur, njuta av några av de mest kända lokala rätter och gör dig redo för mer och mer, närmare de gamla kvarteren.
Vi får smaka på vad som verkligen fick folk att samlas här och skapa en 4000 år gammal stad, innan vi provar fler lokala delikatesser och får se vad vår hemliga maträtt är i Hanoi.
Direkt efter vår härliga dessert och lite mer mat, pratar vi en promenad och vi avslutar denna smakrika resa mitt i det fascinerande Gamla kvarteret i Hanoi.

The food was delicious, and Alex was a wonderful tour guide. We tried several local dishes and learned a lot about the Viennese culture. Highly recommend being shown around by a local!
Alex was a great guide who took us to all local spots that I never thought existed/would not go alone. Additionally tried so many different foods, snacks and drinks that I was stuffed. Definitely coming on an empty stomach next time

Jenny was great and accommodating to our needs. We originally booked a tour for 3 of us but unfortunately two in our party were not feeling well and returned to the hotel after the first stop. Jenny understood and group turned into a private tour for two. We visited over 8 different locations and tried some incredible local dishes. I will say the details and history behind every dish was a plus. We also walked through the neighborhoods where Jenny shared the history of her neighborhood and where she was raised as we continued our journey. While all the dishes were great, I will say the egg coffee was beyond a what I expected and incredibly delicious. The dessert surprise stop was over the top. Jenny provided me with two take away desserts for the rest of my party to enjoy once I returned to my hotel. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience. 😋
