Smooth and comfortable ride from airport to hotel. So much that we decided to engage them again for our trip to Sapa.
The driver was fast and efficient. He sent good pickup instructions and they were clear. I used them again already.
We had 4 trips with Danny Phan Travel. 1. From Hanoi Airport to a hotel in the city. 2. From the hotel in Hanoi to Halong Bay. 3. From Halong Bay to another hotel in Hanoi. 4. From the hotel in Hanoi to the airport. Communication via WhatsApp always comes with quick responses. All drivers were punctual for every trip. They were friendly and all drove safely. The vehicles were SUVs or MUVs. All very spacious, comfortable, clean, and in very good condition. The prices for all trips were affordable. Therefore, I would book Danny Phan Travel again and can only recommend it.
Great communication as soon as the booking was placed. Very clear instructions as to where to wait for driver including photo images of meeting point and vehicle.
Driver kept me informed where he will pick me uo, send photos of car, reg number and the pillar were I must wait. He was on time, I will use them again when I go back to Vietnam

The communication was prompt and clear On where to meet. We had to wait about 5 minutes for the driver to arrive. He was fine but his car was rather dirty outside and he was texting on his phone a decent amount while driving. But still way better than haggling with the taxis at the airport.

The pick up at the airport was smooth. Our flight was delayed and queue at immigration was long, but driver waited. We also had pickup from hotel to airport and driver was on time. The interior of the cars were clean and neat. Drivers can speak English and are polite.
The driver came from a carpark not in waiting area. He wll call you on your phone via WhatsApp. Make sure you have wifi. We had to ask the airport information booth to help. Once she connected us to airport wifi the driver could contact us. Poor guy it didn't help that our luggage took 1 hr + to come out. The service from Danny ws good. Got us to our holtel as promised 👍
