Praktisk matlagningskurs i ett exklusivt kök i Cortona

The Hands On Cooking Class in Cortona was excellent. The meeting place in the main piazza in the center of town was super easy to find and the kitchen was beautiful. Glenda proved to be a great teacher. She taught us how to make fresh pasta and Tiramasu, and she made everything so simple and easy to remember. She was a very gracious host. When our meal was complete we sat and enjoyed our dinner with a couple of bottles of delicious local wines. The aprons we got to take home as souvenirs were an unexpected bonus. We met some really nice, really fun people at our class. We can’t wait to make pasta at home. Highly recommended.

Glenda was a fabulous chef and teacher and story teller . Her love for her family and country was evident in all of her dishes . The location and ambience on her kitchen was truly unique and inviting. Thank you , Glenda, for making each and everyone one of us feel comfortable. This by far , was one of our favorite tours/ memories of our trip

We had an amazing time at our cooking class with Fabio. We made the best lasagne we have ever had! Fabio was a wonderful chef and explained everything so that we had no trouble diving right in and cooking our hearts out. The meal included wine and appetizers and dessert. Such a fun experience! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Cortona!

Beautiful day spent making homemade pasta, pork shoulder stuffed with sausage & apples, roasted potatoes, and a sublime peach cake. We also toured the winery while our meal cooked. And the best part, we got to take home all our leftovers. The meal was amazing and we made it all with the perfect guidance of Paula. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing experience for our family. With Glenda’s help we made a delicious appetizer, dinner and Tiramisu dessert! Our grown kids were skeptical at first but they ended up having a great time. Glenda was great! Highly recommended!

Fabio was amazing! He answered all our questions and was very informative. The experience at the market was fun and he made it fun and taught us well. The food was delicious!

Marvelous experience! The instructor is warm, charming, and knowledgeable. We learned to make several dishes and received the recipes to try at home. The food was delicious!

We booked this experience through our Sojourn Travels local contact. We like that it was very close in Cortona where we were staying. Fabio, our chef, greeted us with his friendliness and warm smile. His private, well-planned teaching kitchen space was very adequate for the seven of us. He explained the process and requirements for each course and we all all helped with prep and assembling items. We prepared two bruschetta, lasagna (including making the pasta) and panna cotta with a strawberry topping. Sitting down and enjoying the meal was fun and lively, Fabio was a great host.

We had a wonderful morning! We made delicious lasagna, bruschetta, and pancetta. Fabio was an excellent chef and teacher. We enjoyed wine and lemoncello as well. A fun day with good friends, amazing food, and an incredible experience.
