På morgonen blir du hämtad från ditt hotell i Luxor Du kommer att överföras med en luftkonditionerad (bil / buss) med en liten grupp människor till Dendera templet, vägen till templet tar ca 1h.15min för varje gå och komma tillbaka (1h 15min går + 1h 15min återvänder). När du kommer till Denderatemplet som är en av de bästa sevärdheterna i södra Qena i Egypten, står Denderatemplet, byggt av Ptolemaios IX SoterII, mitt i ett stort område som avgränsas av en mur av lufttorkade tegelstenar, nästan helt förstörd, vars sidor är mellan 925 och 990 fot långa; på norra och östra sidan finns två magnifika portaler som byggdes under den romerska styret. Marwa fatafeat elsoket was my tour guide for Dendara and she did an excellent job explaining the temple to me and all its fascinating inscriptions and stories with some free time allowed for me to take extra pictures. A very nice half day getaway from Luxor and Dendara is absolutely beautiful.
Dandera Temple for someone interested in ancient Egypt is a must. But doing it solo is not a good idea. Our guide Ablaa described everything for us perfectly. She answered all our questions (and we asked a lot), she has amazing knowledge, and was really friendly! She described all of the gods, told us their history, and tought us how to distiguish them. We had different guides across multiple trips, but she is our number 1.
Great experience visiting Dendera - everything was smooth and well organised. Our guide Momo was a fantastic: knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful throughout. He made the history easy to follow and the whole experience really enjoyable. I'd definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Luxor! Thanks also to our very friendly and nice driver Mahmoud.

This tour was hands down the best tour I have ever been on. The fantastic Egyptologist PHD guide Abu, had a brilliant knowledge of the Dendara temple and was able to guide me effortlessly through this mesmerising time capsule of history.
