Att besöka pyramiderna har alltid varit en krångel för dyr kamel- och hästridning, vilket är frustrerande. Det kan förstöra den en gång i livet upplevelsen av att besöka pyramiderna, med Gem Explore Egypt kommer du att få den bästa rundturen för pyramiderna och sfinxen , Med din professionella guide kommer du att kunna besöka Giza-pyramiderna och Sfinxen och du kommer att njuta av en fantastisk kameltur i 30 min (valfritt). Turens starttid är flexibel, men vanligtvis startar turnén runt 8:00, tar en varaktighet på fyra timmar eller 5 timmar (från hämtningstid till avlämning). Plocka upp från önskad plats av din reseledare (Om hotellet är utom räckhåll föraren kommer att plocka upp) för att starta din resa över Kairo på väg till de stora pyramiderna i Giza där du kommer att njuta av Kung Cheops, Chephren och Mykerinos pyramid. Därefter fortsätter turen genom att besöka Valley Temple of Khafre, där ligger mottagningen av den kungliga kroppen Khafre. Valley Temple byggdes för mumifieringsprocessen av kung Khafre. Slutligen får du en närbild av den stora sfinxen, pyramidernas väktare med en lejonkropp och kung Khafres huvud (observera att det krävs en speciell biljett för att komma in i pyramiderna, guiden hjälper dig gärna).
Khufus pyramid är det enda underverket av de gamla sju underverk som fortfarande finns kvar och står kvar idag!! den högsta byggnaden på jorden i mer än 3800 år, komplexet består av ett daltempel, nu begravt under byn Nazlet el-Samman; Diabasbeläggning och nummulitiska kalkstensväggar har hittats men platsen har inte grävts ut ännu, med din avancerade egyptolog kommer du att kunna utforska hela området.(Observera att inträde i den stora pyramiden från insidan kräver specialbiljett, guide kommer att bli glad att bistå)
Den näst högsta pyramiden i komplexet är tillägnad kung Chefren eller Khafre, hela komplexet är fortfarande i gott skick så med din egyptolog kommer du att utforska daltemplet och kung Khafres gångväg. (Observera att för att komma in i pyramiderna inifrån det krävs en speciell biljett. (Guiden hjälper gärna till).
Den minsta pyramiden på Giza-platån, nu är den ca 61m hög, Menkaure-pyramiden är mycket speciell på grund av att granitens yttre skikt fortfarande finns kvar på den nedre delen av pyramiden, graniten bröts från Assuan över 1000 kilometer från Giza !!!
Därefter ett besök på en panoramautsikt över de 6 pyramiderna och staden Giza, där du kommer att stanna där i 30 minuter för att ta bilder och njuta av utsikten. Panoramat är en fantastisk plats att njuta av kamelturen !!
Med samma inträdesbiljett till pyramidområdet får du en närbild av den stora sfinxen, pyramidernas väktare med en kropp av ett lejon och ett huvud av kung Khafre. Du kommer att ha all tid att ta de bilder du vill ha med hjälp av vår guide, de är också expertfotografer. sedan börjar du din resa tillbaka till ditt hotell.
Efter ett komplett besök i pyramiderna kommer vi att överföra dig tillbaka till ditt boende i Giza eller Kairo Down town.

I have followed Egyptian excavations all my life with great interest and enthusiasm ,but still learnt many new and fascinating facts from my guide Hussam ,who lives locally ,and wakes up with the Pyramids in his back garden every morning, We had some very interesting discussions about various “conspiracy theory’s” .And as we agreed there are still answers missing, how did they build these colossal structures? And there is a lot more still to discover. The recent investment in infrastructure in the area is a wise move by the government.Now Egypt is much safer and is enjoying better stability ,it could not be a better time to visit the last remaining wonder of the ancient world. My guide was knowledgeable friendly and courteous ,turned up early and kept me informed through Whatsapp .The car was spotless and very well driven ,I could not recommend this tour highly enough.

We had a fantastic time with Meera as our guide! The pick up from our hotel was seamless and the drive there and back was comfortable and smooth. Felt we had enough time at each of the stops to take photos and ask Meera lots of questions.

We had Anan as our guide and she was very passionate and knowledgeable about the pyramids and historical Egyptian times. We all learned something. I should also mention that she kept in contact well when our flight was delayed. We started hour later than planned. Would recommend the half day tour. She also took some great pics of us.

Book without hesitation. Our guide was Neda. She was wonderful and very flexible with our time table. We needed a faster experience as we had young children with us and it was no issue. Started early as requested and finished just when it started getting hot.

We had the best experience on this tour, we were picked up from our hotel, 2 drivers who were very nice. Various stops for breaks to Cairo. There we met our guide Sawrat who brought us on the Nile, the Pyramids, Sphinx, Museum, lunch, offered other visits to local businesses and information points, helped us manage unsolicited street sellers. We could not recommend Sawrat high enough, his expert knowledge, his passion, were so evident, as was his sense of pride in his country's history. He was professional, personable, great fun, and made our trip for us the great experience that it was. Thank you so much Sawrat.
